sorry i can't give it less. dutch miller quoted $79 to cut a new key for a chevy cruze -- lie #1. said it had to be towed it didn't -- lie #2. said it should only take a few hours -- on day 4 i had to beg to get the key cut and get the vehicle out of the back lot where it had sat for 96 hours since drop by towing service -- lie #3. excuse for not cutting as promises the moron svc rep couldn't drive a standard shift and was too embarassed to ask others to bring the cruze up to the service bay -- stupidity or lie # 4. final cost in addition to loss of use, expense on unnecessary tow, $397 -- lie #5 excuse for gross overcharge .... cutting key quote did not include labor of programming the key -- lie #5 ... keys are easily programmed without a computer by the owner by simply using multiple clicks of ignition and door actions. about as trustworthy as a rabid dog. definitely trump team ... over a 4 year term these bozos would exceed the 30,000 documented lies of the gop traitor-in-chief lies, more lies, and damned lies. the hallmark of this outfit.

We purchased a car in April. I have purchased cars a few times over the years and know the process. I waited for the paperwork in the mail to register the car at 6 weeks (the standard time for most of the paperwork) I called and was transferred to a voicemail in finance. There was no name just the general leave a message. I left a message with name and number and waited for a return call. It never came. I called a few more times same results. I live in Ohio and work in Kentucky so traveling to Huntington is not hard, but an inconvenience and a bit of time is needed. I call the week prior to the temp tags expiring and left a couple of messages and again no return call. Today my daughter went in to the dealership and was told they tried to call us a number of times. I am an adult I work full time and know the process. Do you really think after leaving messages I am going to avoid a call. The finance person is saying she just got the paperwork and we have to wait until the day everything is due??? If she was trying to call us why did she not look for the paperwork ? The 1 stars is because the sales person was amazing I have to giver her at least one star. The finance department or the people that deal with titles is not good at all! Shame on you trying to blame the customer for you not doing your job!

My engine was flooded after heavy rain and I had to file an insurance claim and have the engine replaced. It was in the shop for a little over a month when they said it was ready to pick up. I picked it up 5 days ago and noticed oil on my driveway. I called the advisor, John, on Monday and was told to bring it back Friday and just keep checking the oil (not my job). On Wednesday I noticed the Check engine light was on and a reduced power message on the dash. The oil pressure dropped below 10psi (normally 40). I pulled into the dealer, had to argue to get it looked at that day, and then was told they couldn't give me a loaner. So I'm currently waiting on my mom to drive 3 hours to get me since the dealer won't give me something to drive. The advisor also wouldn't let me speak to the service manager when I asked. Very unprofessional.

Called and spoke with the general sales manager about an issue. I was promised multiple times that he would personally would call me back and has not and will not call back. Called to speak to the general manager left message for them to call back about same issue No one will EVER return calls as promised. Next step is driving to dealership to see how much I can be lied to again. Pitiful customer service!!!!!!!! I have purchased 3 new vehicles from Dutch Miller and will never buy from again. I would rather walk every than give them another dime of my money!!!!!!!! Would have given zero stars if it were an option!

Very disappointed with their customer service it took almost 2 full weeks and had to physically go there just to find out about our car No return calls were made and made promised to let us know something that day or the following and that continued for almost 2 weeks never contacting us Very disappointed with their customer care Hopefully our car will be returned to us in full working order which I'm sure they will provide high quality maintenance In a timely manner My my 3 star rating does not reflect all employees just the ones that were involved Depending on the outcome will determine if I change my rating in the meantime we will see....

Car got damaged there ,went to get oil change tire rotation,,I hate going there been there 3 times that turned into 6 to get things corrected ,they tried saying I did damage going home bout was not like that until I left there!
