Initially. We had a horrible experience. It was a communication issue within Armstrong. Today we got our Internet. Our installers were awesome. Very professional and helpful. Nice guys. They more than made up for the initial confusion.Our internet is fiber and lightening fast. Ask them to upgrade to fiber

Been hooked up for a month so far no probs, haven’t had to deal with customer service for anything so can’t rate it yet. For those that don’t like this company and think it’s a monopoly, look into starlink, just saying
