Rooms rustic decor. Not handicap-friendly. Two floors, no elevator. Rooms on front of building & on back of building.
Rooms: Bathroom extremely small. Beds not comfortable.
Safety: Property not well lit, we stayed on the back side of property & had to walk around to our room in the dark. If you're going to stay...get there before dark.

Limited review because we ended up getting in at midnight and leaving at 8a. Chose this place due to proximity to new river gorge NP and the other NPS rivers. The rooms are what you expect from a motel, but seemed clean. Kinda liked that the beds had comforters on them- made it feel more homey and cozy. Sound travels through the walls, but it was generally quiet. Saw the back of the hotel on our way out this morning and it looked very nice with a lake and a patio. Our plan was to get in early enough to eat dinner out there but that didn’t work out. Overall satisfied especially for the price.
Rooms: Room is spacious- fits 2 queen beds, nightstand, table with chairs and plenty of room to move around. Fridge and microwave in room. Good size sink with counter space outside small bathroom. a/c /heat works well.

This place offers decent value for the money, with an okay location. However, there are some notable drawbacks to consider. The sink lacks proper water drainage, the AC unit is noisy and cuts off abruptly, and the water quality is subpar. Additionally, one of the beds is squeaky. Overall, while the stay was passable, these issues might detract from the overall experience.

Rooms: Some over look the pond behind the hotel, very pretty.
Nearby activities: Winter place
Walkability: To far away from town to walk any where.
Food & drinks: They do have vending machines, the continental breakfast sucked.
Noteworthy details: Eh... not so much

Enjoyed stay...dinner and entertainment...room was clean...not the best tv or programming but allowed me to stream from phone...beds are dated but comfy once you stop bouncing...keyed entry(not electronic) so if that bothers you then stay away...no noticeable riff raff and management on site 24hrs...Great view and walking area by pond

Convenient location just off 77,but very private. Rooms are just okay. But the price and location made it a great value. My stay was between seasons so not many guests and the restaurant was closed. My room door didn't have a deadbolt lock which was a little concerning. It's an older property and the room, basic. It was very clean and the bed comfortable. The property is not part of a national chain and offers a decent place to stay off the beaten path at a reasonable price

It was clean and comfortable and fresh. This is an older motel the heater and bathroom fan were a little loud. It served the purpose of a cheap safe place to stay the night.

It really nice and clean and quitel the band they had their was good, which the had little more out door setting close the rooms
Rooms: Some rooms like the rooms in the back was updated and the frot look like they havent got to them yet .
Safety: it set away from a courty road
Food & drinks: No breakfast have drinner

Super friendly staff all around - Front desk lady was super welcoming. Extra super shoutout to the entire bar and restaurant staff - my 8 year old nephew was traveling with us and he has a severe gluten allergy. The entire restaurant staff was super accommodating and took extra special attention to make sure there was no cross contamination. Thank you so much!!!
