It's went completely downhill since Walgreens took this location over. They harass you to come get prescriptions. They close earlier, and earlier. I just went there they didn't fill anything I told them to. I'm sick of Walgreens. They push that vaccine on you over, and over. Everywhere you look it's vaccine worship. They even decorated their tree with vaccine vials. Bizarre. They had good personable pharmacists with Rite Aid. They act mad at you when you don't get there, but close early without warning. I'm not feeling Walgreens.

I was desperate for some Tums and Google Maps showed me that the this Walgreens was near by. The store was clean and well organized so I found what I needed easily. Shelves were fully stocked, which is something I never find in my NYC Walgreens/Duane Reade stores. The store seems to be staffed very leanly as I only saw one worker and she was busy stocking when she saw me at the register. She popped right over to check me out and I was on my way. On a side note, we'd just had a two and a half hour drive from Columbus and my husband was looking for a restroom and the store had a nice clean one to use.Thumbs up for this Walgreens.

I haven’t used the pharmacy but all the ladies that work up front, cashiers, etc are always super nice! I love Elkview Walgreens!

Rude and slow. Very poor customer service and overall attitude of staff. Very slow with prescription needs and checkouts are slow as well when staff seem to care more about the latest gossip than paying attention to the customer waiting in line. Once you finally get waited on there's not even basic courtesy or politeness.

First time coming to the pharmacy since it changed over to Walgreens and I absolutely hate it. These new pharmacist are awful and you would think this was their first time. What is usually a 20 min wait for my husband and I has turned into over an hour ( and my husband's meds were called in 30 minutes ago! He even asked if they could try to hurry because I need to rush home to get ready for work and he said the black haired girl said sorry not my problem and right after another pharmacist stated she didn't know what she was doing ???? Then why on Earth would you have her working today ? Obviously someone needs more training. They also need to learn some manners when speaking to their elders/ customers.
