We will never buy another RV from Roy’s! We bought a 100k top of the line 5th wheel and have had nothing but issues and they took over 1 1/2 yrs to replace a panel then charged us $615 for a service call! We are done and do not recommend. Our main computer went out just over a 1 1/2 and they didn’t get to us until after the warranty. I’m glad I downloaded the app so I could run it but no one else could. We are so disappointed.

We were heading to Lowe’s to find a solution to do a temporary fix on our RV with a ski issue on one of our slide outs when we came across Roy’s.
We had called several mobile repair companies that we found online and other Rv repair companies with no one able to help us.
Christina was super helpful in looking up parts for us and listened to my explanation of the problem I was having and sent me to Lisa who had the parts we needed. The parts were very affordable. We got two skis and some other items we needed and went back to our campsite and were able to finish our project in about 2 1/2 hrs.
Roy’s is awesome!! Christina and Lisa are very knowledgeable and super friendly. Thank you so much

Very disappointed in the level of service (or lack of service) from this dealer. I called to make an appt to get my RV AC looked at for a warranty claim and things were going smoothly until I mentioned that I had not purchased my RV from them. They had initially told me they could get me in. I was then told they were backed up 4-6 weeks. I told them that was fine as I was calling to get an appt for that time. The story immediately changed to say that they meant it would be the fall before they could get to me. Ford lets you go to any dealer! Toyota lets you go to any dealer! I called them because they sell the brand RV I have and they were recommended by the manufacturer to complete the work! The idea of not working on someone’s RV because it wasn’t purchased at your dealership is ridiculous! These mom and pop RV shops are dropping like flies and they should be happy to get the business. Guaranteed work and money for the warranty work! Bobby, the service manager, would not even get on the phone to talk to me and had a “new guy” pass along the message. Thanks for nothing Roy’s. I’ll be sure to mention how I was treated to all my RV friends as I traverse around WV and the rest of the country.

Great selection and great employees but when needing work done there's going to be a wait. I totally understand some work takes longer than others. I needed an axle replaced and was over a month, still not even touched, so I picked it up as dropped off 2 days after it should of been done.

Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Roy's and so many employees for their kindness, efficiency, and professionalism. After having 3 motorhomes, Joe and I decided to go to a travel trailer. Randy Elza was extremely helpful in listening to our wants and finding us the perfect camper for our needs. Aaron Harlan was very efficient with the "nuts and bolts" of our purchase. Anthony Kyle was very thorough with our walk through. Every one else was very friendly and helpful. We hope to finish our camping years in our new Jayco Jay flight camper. Thanks again. Called and asked for an estimate on a recoat on my camper roof. Was told to bring it for them to look at. So I took it to their lot. They inspected my roof and complimented on how there wasn't any soft spots and the camper was in really good shape. Was then given a quote of $7,000 for a new roof. When I said I don't want a new roof I want a recoat I was told they didn't know if they did that and would have to let me know. Towed my camper back home where I then got a phone call saying they do not offer that service. I tried for 2 days to speak to the service manager who would never take my calls or call me back. The last time I called they asked me what I needed and I told them I was trying to figure out why they wasted my time and money having me tow my camper to their lot to get an estimate for a service they say they do not provide. That person understood my frustrations and said the service manager Bobby would call me which never has. They also proceeded to tell me that a recoat doesn't last and there's no warranty. RV armor does this very service and offers a lifetime warranty and I was quoted a price of $3,400. Crazy seal offers a 50-year warranty with their product. I did all I could to reach out to the service manager and figure out how to clear this misunderstanding up and makes sense of it. I cannot and will not ever recommend Roy's RV service department. Very disappointing when you try to keep your business local and this is what you get.

We were just 2 days into our vacation from Maine and were having problems with our stabilizers and hot water. We stopped there and they had a mechanic come out to the parking lot right then and he figured everything out right then and we were on our way! Saved our vacation! THANK YOU THANK YOU,
