Peyton worked me in to get new front tires after Walmart screwed me over. Leaving for out of town today, so thanks to NTB for working me in and getting my car ready to go. They also put in new tail lights on my car. They are a truly great bunch working there! I HIGHLY recommend this shop for your tire needs and other auto services. Best experience I’ve had for these issues. Thanks, guys! I truly appreciate your superior customer service. I’ll definitely go there again.

I had a 5:00pm appointment and was taken care of immediately. Service was excellent and manager was polite and courteous. I will return to this establishment.

Made an appointment to get 2 new tires and a front end alignment got told it would cost $359… waited 2 hrs and still haven’t heard anything back about my car.. 45 minutes- an hr later they called back saying that they can’t do a front end alignment because my car has all of these random problems and told me if I paid $650 I could get it done and that my car isn’t reliable and if I got the car today the tires would pop and my front end would be dragging. so I texted my dad and told him about the problem ( my dad recently fixed all of that so there’s that) so my dad calls him and takes everything he said to me back and kept apologizing and said that my car isn’t in that bad of shape and that he apologized for the inconvenience So then he proceeds to tell my dad that it would be $208 for 2 TIRES. When I say this guy was extremely rude to me and tried to take advantage of a young girl I mean it. I went into the place not knowing how stuff works…. He wasn’t very talkative when we came to pick up the car so I think my dad talked some sense into the guy….. so if I were you I’d go to literally anywhere else to save money and not get told 3 different prices.

Tried to sell me parts I didn't need. Tried to upsell me all new lugnuts I didn't need either. Service advisor then became rude after I called him out. I have 20 years of automotive repair experience and never have I been treated so poorly at a tire shop.

I had to make a “quick” errand Saturday afternoon when my low tire pressure light came on. I stopped to get air and noticed a screw in my tire. I took my chances on driving to NTB in Dunbar. Customer service rep Candace promptly assisted me and gave me a honest response that they were swamped and couldn’t assist me that day, but asked if I could come back Sunday. I agreed and she herself but air in my tire before I left. Sunday morning I returned, Candace greeted me and remembered exactly what my issue was. She had someone come out to get my car and my problem was resolved quickly. Even though my issue wasn’t extreme, she made me feel just as important as someone coming to het a set of 4 brand new tires and this is GREATLY appreciated. Thank you Candace and NTB.

Shout out to Peyton, I called in on 6/3 near closing because I needed my spare plugged on my jeep wrangler. He sent me a email confirmation, and I went in dropped off my tire and picked it up the next morning. When I called to see if it was ready about 9am, it was already good to go. Peyton, much appreciated for what ya did! Great staff, super nice, don't have a single complaint about this NTB location.
