HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS! first off my husband bought me a shackle hook bracelet for me for Christmas from this low life guy! He got it in 2 days (before Christmas) so perfect timing there! But then the problems began, first it was too small in size and I wanted the thicker one not the thinner one (my husbands fault not the business) but he contacted the owner with the size of the one I did want, he said to promptly return the one I did not want and I would get the one I did want, didn't happen, we returned it after the holidays to avoid the fuss and about a month later I remembered I never got anything back, my husband called up the owner and he said "well my shipment hasn't come in yet so it will be awhile longer!" Excuse me?! You never called to tell us we had to wait Or that there was a problem on your suppliers end. Not the way to run a small business, at least call your customers back! Long story short I never got it and I finally got my damn refund TWO MONTHS LATER! Dear lord do not shop here!!!!!!!

I had a very positive retail experience with this company. I ordered a piece of jewelry and when it came it wasn't quite what we wanted. I sent an email to the company and they immediately sent me a return authorization within a day I had the full amount of my purchase credited back to my credit card. I wish all retailers were so cooperative
