Very historical building with Marble walls and floors. Helpful & kind staff for all your postal needs. Lines are quick. Lots of choices in sizes of Post Office boxes to rent. Parking and drop off boxes on both sides of building. Closed after hours.

New rule: When they screw up and lose your package it's not their fault because you didn't purchase their insurance. Despite video proof of the mail being delivered with a time stamp and the package in question being delivered 30 minutes later from that they still would not take responsibility. So I suppose let's all purchase insurance for them to do their job right ? and even then I'm sure they will get out of taking responsibility

The most Laziest Front desk people. Not to mention the Pickup window Supervisor. He wouldn't even check for my packages. His excuse was... "If they're in process he can't do anything" Same excuses you get from the front desk helpers. Who do they help? Anyone?

Horrible experience applying for my passport. I had an appointment scheduled for 1pm and arrived at 12:53. Went inside and the passport office was locked. I went to the window and the man working informed me that the woman had a doctor’s appointment that morning but hadn’t returned to work. He tried texting her and calling her multiple times and she didn’t respond. She finally texted him back that she would be there in 20 minutes. That would have put her getting there at 1:20, so 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I sat there waiting until she finally showed up at 1:40, I only knew that she had arrived because I went back up to the window to see what the problem was. I was, again, left to wait until she decided to open the passport office at 1:56. Almost an hour after my appointment. She didn’t even as much as offer an apology. By that time, there were 2 other people who were also waiting outside of the locked office for their appointments. I will never use this post office again. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would.

Hours not as advertised. Second time in a month I've shown up at 8 a.m. and not open for service. First time they opened around 8:15. Second time I couldn't wait. Left at 8:10 - not open.

A guy at the window was very rude. He was super nice and friendly to the guy behind me and previous customers when I was in line. It was obvious. I don’t know why he can’t treat me like everyone else. He’s bald head and kinda heavyweight and tall. I wish I got his name but I didn’t.
