I'm from out of town, and was on the way home from vacation, when my vehicle broke down on the freeway. I was towed to Moses Cadillac Buick GMC there in Charleston. Jackie and his technicians worked on my vehicle's unique issue. It was electrical and ended up being the ECM, which was on back order. Which meant it could be 2 days to a couple months. But, we found a part and it was shipped overnight. It was successfully programmed and installed and got me up and running.
While all this took about 2 weeks, as I mentioned I live about 160 miles away, Jackie kept me inform of the current situations and the progress the whole time. it was a real pleasure working with Jackie and his guys there at Moses. And as a bonus, Jackie was on duty that Saturday went we picked up our vehicle, it was nice to shake his hand.

I had multiple issues that needed attention and was told in advance it may take a few hours. And they were right on the money. Everything was taken care of, and they even sent me a video of their inspection, explaining what they saw. Great service!

Very high pressure sales tactics, I took the truck for a test drive with to salesmen and had to talk to third salesman when we got back.They wanted to low ball me on my trade,and give me a higher price on there truck then advertised.they said I didn't qualify for any of the discounts and wanted me to pay a 1000 dollars for ceramic coating,Then they told me I was trying to buy to much truck. I very quickly ran a way, but I went to joe Holland and saved almost 300 dollars a month on my payment

Hey I just have to say that I am a business man I would never recommend this place to no one. I have been here twice and twice my time was not valued. My car is still under warranty and to tell the truth on my next service I will just pay out of my pocket. That being said I did not even want to give them one star. Terrible service.

Our check engine light came on while traveling through Charleston. We were thrilled Moses’ service department would even look at our vehicle. It was a complicated issue to find but they thoroughly inspected, tested, fixed our truck and had us back on the road by the end of the day. They even checked to see if it was covered under warranty without us having to ask (it was). We are so thankful to Danny and his team for being so kind and helpful. We highly recommend this service department. Charleston is blessed to have this service team! Thanks again to all of you!

I was towing my sons car from South Carolina back to Ohio and had my newer GMC Sierra 1500 throw a water pump, pulley, idler and belt. I was able to get it towed to the dealership as I was only about 20 miles out from Moses.
The next morning they were hesitant to make promises as situations are always fluid and good techs are in short supply. They pulled some strings and rearranged some things to get my emergency handled within the day. The people were all phenomenal and Jackie really was my own personal superhero that day. I paced and panicked the whole time trying to keep all my variables together. They did absolutely everything within their power to get me back on the road within 24 hours of the breakdown the night before.
In a realm where it taking a week to get parts and techs have busy schedules, they bent over backwards to help with my warranty work. It easily could have taken several days and been fair, but they made my emergency their own personal emergency and did everything they could. Its greatly appreciated. 10/10 if I breakdown again in West Virginia, will do what I can to make it back to Moses.
