The store is different now. They were selling a few clothes. Everyone was polite. The young man who helped us get a bathroom vanity into the back of our suv gave it a hev ho with his shoulder. And the best part...he said, have a blessed day.

Employees did what they could but this company is garbage. Don’t waste your time buying appliances from here and don’t bother calling customer service because they will not resolve your issue and will give you fake phone numbers for corporate. Terrible company.

2 days this week I have been here, as a woman who isn't totally familiar with the store or tools in general, but my husband asked me to check on a few things, so I tried. My first trip into the store I was looking for an item went up and down the aisles multiple times and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. No one offered to help me, no one would answer my questions, until finally a customer and his son helped me find what I was looking for. Today I went back and the only help I was offered was a large security guard who got intimidatingly close to me and growled "did I need help with something" in a tone that didn't sound friendly or helpful in the least, then just stood and stared at me like I was a criminal or he was a stalker. It was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. I realize that theft is a major problem that needs addressed but there are ways to monitor things without making customers feel as if they aren't even welcome somewhere or are doing something wrong by comparing items/prices and quality of the products they want to buy. Both times I left empty handed and shaking my head at the lack of service I was given.

Always have a good experience at this store. The employees always take their time and really seem to care. Good customer service is hard to find now a days, but the employees at the kc location deserve recognition!

Larry in the plumbing department is the best lowes employee I've ever met. He actually knows what he is talking about and is very helpful! He helped me get everything I needed for my project and was happy to answer all of my questions. He deserves a raise for his work ethic and professionalism! Thank you Larry!

Ordered a fence and delivered it damaged twice! Second day contractors left at noon. They didn't say a word...just left. They left their tools and a big mess laying everywhere. It's now been almost 2 months later and I still have a garage-full of cement/broken fencing and only barely an 1/8 of my fence installed ?
