I come in regularly to buy dvds all the time and the staff tends to dismiss me, I have had to wait at times almost a half hour to pay for my purchases. The staff is very hateful and need to realize that customers are the lifeblood of their business.

It’s only a matter of time before these locations are obsolete.Along with plenty of other reviews I can also attest to how incredibly rude the manager is.Everything is incredibly overpriced. For instance in cross lanes there was a small hyper tough plastic toolbox filled with random small items (catch all junk) and they were asking $100.With our state in the condition it’s in, people just sell stolen items on marketplace and nobody actually buys from pawn anymore. If they do, they’re probably older. I can’t wait to see these places shut down.I was a frequent customer but seeing as customer service and appreciation is not their forte, they currently sit with a brick. A MacBook that I’ve locked down because staff wasn’t familiar with all necessary steps to disassociate my info from the laptop.I offered to pay my loan but see, for them, that’s not good enough, so I’ll wait until they sell it to my buddy for parts and get it back for free. Last laugh I guess.

I have been a loyal customer at this pawn shop for many years. Today the manager decided it is a good idea to pop off at the mouth while I was talking and dealing with a different customer service representative. Raised his voice then got upset when my voice got raised back. Changed his tune and apologized when I said I would leave a bad review and take my business elsewhere. The customer service rep was literally trying to keep the peace and the manager kept on running his mouth until I finally had to be like, I’m not afraid of 3 hots and a cot and the way he was talking to me made me want to punch him in the face. I’ll be back there in 2 weeks to get my things out and I’ll never be back there! 10/10 do not recommend until they get a new manager in there. He’s a total prick. Like seriously! Your employee was handling the situation better than the management !

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about merchandise. If not they wii find it out. They are kind and work with you until it is reasonable to both if you. They are kind and make you feel like your the only customer in there.

There was a young rude female working the counter, she was more interested in talking to one of the other male employees than me (the customer). I had a expensive ring I purchased years ago from a well known jewelry store. She didn't even touch it and told me it was worth a penny. What a joke! All I can say is, it's their loss! Maybe they should hire more knowledgeable people.

I've went in to just buy and the staff has been rude, this one lady brought in a canon camera, and like 6 lenses and they tried to offer 50.00 on a loan, and luckily she wasn't falling for it. Most of their stuff for a few bucks more I can buy new. Not worth the time or effort.

Not particularly fond of the staff as they act like your bothering them. And then they price items so high that you can bargain with them and they will still come out with more than they paid for it. Perfect example of degradation of the folks who need a little hand. They make you feel like you are less than a person..

Word of advice: Never get a ring resized here. Why? Because even with contact information, they will not contact you if something comes up. My fiance tried to get her ring resized and they told her two days. She returned to get the ring and not only had they not resized it, they never bothered to call her and let her know.Two days wasted for them to just to hold onto the ring. Incredibly unprofessional. The only reason I gave one star, is because I had to in order to leave a review.
