Called on the phone to schedule an apt on Monday for just a gloss. Meanwhile they didnt mention that for just a gloss (usually a service thats only $15-30) would be $70 - that’s without the tip!
When I got done and asked about the price they told me its $70 just to do a gloss.. and so I left the salon and when I got home realized that the color actually didnt even really look any different… overall its not a place I would want to go back to.
However, I will say the lady who did my hair was nice!

The person responsible for scheduling will not honor agreed upon appointment times, rearranging them on a whim. I confirmed this with the woman at the front desk. She assured me that she had double-booked me and moved my appointment to the following day without providing notice. She offered no further explanation, just a sincerely snotty attitude. A real shame considering the innocent stylists are the primary victims of the scheduling circus at the front desk. Who knows how much business they lose because of this issue?

Jaime did so good with my curly hair! My first appointment with her was yesterday after damaging my hair last year with bleach and every other hair stylist not wanting to mess with it. She did an amazing job of putting brightness back into my hair and maintaining the integrity of my hair! The best I’ve felt leaving a salon!! Go see Jaime!!

Just had my hair cut by Brittany a couple days ago. I have aavy/curly hair & its almost impossible to find people who know what they're doing when it comes to curly hair. Brittany turned out to be FANTASTIC to say the least. She gave me knowledge about my hair, how to style it, how to care for it. & which products I should steal clear of. She cut my hair in fabulous layers & made it look instantly more healthy. Also, she's amazingly nice! I will definitely be booking with her from now on. Thanks Brittany! (:

Rayven Brester is the best! She recently did my wedding hair and it couldn’t have been more perfect! She was super easy to work with and made sure the updo was to my liking! Could not recommend her enough!

Got home to realize how dissatisfied with my color I was so i reached back out to the salon. Stylist was 100% willing to make things right but informed me their bosses said i would have to pay again to have it fixed.

I had the most amazing appointment with Shania. I was anxious as I rarely frequent salons, however Shania reassured me and made sure to communicate clearly so that I was informed of what was going on at all times. The actual service she provided was great as well, I feel so much better! I will definitely be coming back.

Got my hair done by Jami. She was super nice! I got a bleach and color and cut for 275$.

I absolutely LOVE my hair. I'm gonna be honest, it was a hot mess and I was incredibly embarrassed. When I went in, not once did my stylist judge me or make me feel bad. I feel like my hair is so beautiful now. The color and the fact that it looks healthier.

Rachel is the BEST!!
Finding a hairstylist that can do alternative styles in WV is not always the easiest, but Rachel is def your gal for all that and more! Super sweet, and communicates really well expectations. Truly a hair wizard.
Been going to her for almost a year now, and she never disappoints. Very reasonable pricing, easy to book with through their online booking site ( if you are socially awkward like me, love being able to do this without calling ), and super clean and cute at the studio!

First my appointment had to be changed to someone I did not pick about 6 hours before. Then the stylist did not give me anything close to what I wanted. I asked for a layered flow and showed an example video that showed all sides and was given a mullet. It then took several more tries to get her to cut it down and to make it anywhere acceptable. After all that it was not layered well and uneven all around. My hair is awful and I can not stand to even step outside with how it looks.
Update:
They have contacted me and have scheduled a new appointment for them to try to help fix it and give me something I like. I got my hair fixed with the original person I scheduled. Even though I ended up with something different than what I wanted but it turned out so much better and I really like it.
