“OTF has change my whole outlook on life and exercising. It gives me so much confidence in myself, and I have been pushed to be a better version of myself. I started running in marathons and that something I would have dreamed of doing. The people, the environment is what keeps me going every day at 5 am.”

“I really enjoy this gym. It's not too crowded usually. Sometimes you're stuck waiting for equipment, but that's literally any gym. The staff is super helpful if you need guidance or a spot and they also offer personal training.”

“Excellent gym with free weights, racks, kettlebells, and sleds for high intensity workouts that will utterly gas you, regardless of your fitness level.Josh (owner and trainer) is high energy and positive attitude all the time. He knows his stuff, is accommodating, and a lot of fun to be around and work out with!If you're looking for a gym with 24 hour access, great equipment, and awesome training, look no further.”

“Great gym. Great equipment. Great people. Relaxed atmosphere. I think the types of equipment for free weight lifting and reasonable dress code is a huge win. If you are serious about fitness its a great gym. Much prefer this membership to both planet fitness and anytime fitness, both in equipment and atmosphere.”

“There's plenty of machines. Always clean. Friendly staff. Good clientel. But, the worst redundant, constantly crescendoing drum machines music. No break from the Rave style music. Hours after hours. Pretty obnoxious and seemingly on a loop of 15 tunes. Not good if you hit the gym 4-5 times a week. Usually 2 hours each visit. Loud too. I know I sound like a hater but I'm not. I don't like ear buds or headphones so...ps. It may be time to get the water fountains back up.”

“Really chill gym. Friendly staff. I don't know about the trainers personally, but they seem to keep the clientele and add new ones. Has a pool and a sauna, if you feel like. The equipment is plentiful as well (I go in early AM or Late PM). If you're looking for a great place to exercise, this is it. The cost is a little more than my previous gym, Planet Fitness; But it's similar to most other gyms. (Also, the people that I've spoken to here seem like really good people)”

“Cons: parking kinda sucks, some equipment is dated, gym feels kinda small. Driving to this gym also requires you to get into the blvd before the bridge which is annoying traffic.Pros: Amazing third floor view while on treadmill, lots of gym subscription deals, wifi, newly re-innovated bathrooms, polite and energetic team of staff on site, 24/7 access to the gym. Wide variety of equipment and tools to use.4/5. - A great gym, I recommend.”

“This was Hubs & my very first visit to this great facility...so I can only relate a little bit about the place for now.First, it's a huge place with lots & lots of different rooms/spaces, plenty of equipment & from what I've heard lots & lots of activities & programs. The day Hubs & I went, we practically had the place all to ourselves (maybe 25-30 other adults & 10-12 kids) in the early afternoon on a weekday. However, we've heard that when school is in session, the activity levels really amp up in the afternoons, so mornings would be best for adults wanting to use the facilities.Downstairs on the first floor, there is an area dedicated to weights & other resistance training equipment. Definitely not MY cup of tea, but Hubs says he may be interested in some of it... eventually. The basketball courts are on this first level as are several large rooms for various classes/programs such as yoga, seniors' exercise class, etc.The large swimming pool (the main attraction for me), the whirlpool/hottub(?), sauna/steam room, & the locker/dressing rooms are also on the first floor. It's a really large pool & has lap lanes roped off thanks to the fact that the pool is used most of the year for swim team practices. Apparently, there are swim board floaties & swim fins available to use, so you can really focus on your leg work in the pool. Be sure to call or check online for the pool hours in advance. The dressing room area is nice, clean & spacious, plenty of toilets, sinks, & shower stalls with dressing bench areas. There are a few curtained, "dry" dressing stalls, but they don't have a bench or stool in them to make dressing or putting shoes on a little easier. There is seating available in the private lockers area... you can bring your own lock or get a loaner at the front desk reception & sign-in area. There's also a small lounge area with a TV & some comfortable chairs.Upstairs on the 2nd floor, there are exercise bikes, treadmills, elliptical machines, etc, surrounded by a rubberized(?) walking track that's 84 yards full circle so you can keep track of laps to measure your mileage. Oh yeah, some of the bikes have programmable screens, so you can "bike around in..." certain famous cities of the world...like in Paris, San Francisco, Miami, etc. Very cool, to say the least!!I have only 2 minor complaints...Naturally, the entire building is air-conditioned & on a warm/hot day, it's very welcome. However, in the dressing room, it's very unwelcome, especially if you're walking from the pool in a wet bathing suit & with wet hair! I'd recommend they turn the thermostat up at least 5 degrees OR completely close some of the A/C vents in that area...PLEASE! One thing is certain, that 65°-68° cold air blowing out of ALL the dressing area vents sure speeds up getting changed into your street clothes... Brrrrrrr!!My other suggestion is to the Y's management specifically. All of the staff at the reception/sign-in desk are definitely well trained to be friendly & very polite. However, there seems to be a shortage of staff throughout the rest of the building. It would be nice when a new member comes there for at least the first couple of times (like we did that day), if someone on the staff would be sure to show them around & give some basic instructions on how to properly use the various equipment! At the very least, it would be helpful if there were some staff people who didn't just stand behind the desk but actually walked around & stopped to offer new members advice or help about using the equipment (you know, little "minor" details such as... "How do I turn it on?" for example!) For a Beginner, the equipment can be downright intimidating... especially if you have NEVER used any of it before. New members shouldn't have to go hunt down staff or bother other members nearby with questions. To walk in for the very first time & not have anyone ”

“This gym has the best manager now and the personal trainers are top notch. It's always clean and well equipped. I have always felt welcome and comfortable. If you have the opportunity to commit to personal training, you will not regret it. It feels amazing to hit goals that you never thought were possible. I know that my trainer, Elizabeth, really cares about me and my goals. 10/10 highly recommend!”
