The clerks are rude if they feel like your being rude because you choose not to talk to them after asking for your request. This banks overdraft protections are terrible and the loans are impossible to get.

Beware!! Do not trust this bank!!! They have stolen all of my disabled mom's money, from her bank account and won't give it back to her. And when she calls them about it they just hang up on her Whatever you do, don't trust this bank!!! They will steal your money and not give it back! Legal action will be taken against them!!

Promoting a loan to assist with damage from the storms, I was very disappointed to learn that I do not qualify due to the hardships. I honestly am very disappointed as this would have helped tremendously. I currently cannot recommend anyone get a loan from them,because they're very disconnected from the local community.

I love City National ,when you pull in the drive through they always welcome you and are very professional! I also like that they have night deposit and they do not charge a fee to have an account there ! Location is great for me!
