I would personally like to thank Alisha K and Vergie at the Kanawha City ATT store. I came into the store with a broken screen and left with a new phone AND reduced payment plan. Needless to say I was very satisfied with the customer service at this store. They worked non-stop until I was able to leave with a smile on my face. Because my visit took a while, they offered me something to drink, made me very comfortable, and the young man that worked there was a delight to have a conversation with. I appreciate all they did for me to guarantee my comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this store for all of your ATT needs!!!

Tyler was very professional and helped me resolve my phone repair issue as well as educating us on all the newer phones for another family member. The store in Kanawha City is clean and well organized. I highly recommend using this store. Tyler and Michael gave us excellent customer service.

Micheal Bailey was SO helpful, and took the time out of his day to take care of my mom & i and our cellular needs. he provided us with lots of information, and walked through every step. i highly recommend Micheal. He’s the absolute best!

Definitely one of the best AT&T stores in the area - if you have any questions or concerns, this is the one to come to! The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable, and we have never had a bad customer experience here. We really appreciate these guys and gals!

my daughter and I came into our local AT&T office to upgrade our I-Phones on our contract. We were assisted immediately and taken to a station by representative Michael whom made our exchange from old to new very pleasant and without any trouble.

My phone took a plunge in the river and had to be replaced. The location was stocked with employees and merchandise so the wait was minimal the selection was great and the offers couldn’t be beat. A kind shout out to Michael and Devin, both of whom are customer service oriented and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
