My wife and I visited this AT&T store to buy a phone service plan for her handicapped brother. We had no idea where to start. That is when we met Andrew Cochran and he took over from there. Andrew went above and beyond what was required of him to help us. Andrew was very patient with us and guided us through the process. He was awesome! It is employees like Andrew that will keep me coming back to AT&T! We had an excellent experience. Gary & Sandy

He's very friendly, experienced with all services and gives the customer just what they are looking for. Every store should have five Robs!!!! Great job and customer service. Love all my new products

Best experience I've ever had at an AT&T location. Rob was a huge help getting my new phone activated, and making sure I didn't lose any pictures or numbers when swapping. Highly recommend the Kanawha City store for all your wireless needs!

The staff as always has always tried to do whatever they possibly could to help me with any issue I may have. I feel like if given more lead way in certain situations they would be able to provide a way better service and have a lot more satisfying customers ?

So it was time to upgrade to a new phone and this location was convenient for me. I walked in and was instantly welcomed by a member of the team, Rob. I was on my lunch break and just wanted to browse the available options. Rob took the time to show me the phones that were available and some neat features to each one. His customers service made coming back later an easy decision. After some trial and error, I ended up with a phone I really like!

Recently I had stopped at the Southridge location to purchase a new cell phone, like all other times there were several customers and just a couple people working which meant the wait was not worth it. So I went to the Kanawha mall location, no lines, no waiting! Everyone was very professional and polite! Daniel helped me with purchasing a new cell and got everything transferred over from my old cell, which was a tremendous help! I had a few questions about Android which Mason was very knowledgeable and knew all the answers! You guys are great, highly recommend!!!

Patronized this location to have our screen protectors replaced. We purchased the screen protector package when we purchased the phones. The individual who helped us, or made a sad attempt to help us, was named Jordan. He never asked me for my phone number, just told us that people overuse the screen protector package and that the cost was now $10 each replacement. We don’t have a problem with the increased cost for this valuable protection. He removed both screen protectors, then indicated “if you aren’t happy with the way I put this on here, it will cost you another $10 to have me redo it”. I plainly asked him “so if you screw up, I have to pay for it?” His response was “yep, that’s how it works here”.We watched him clean my phone, it was not clean, clearly had white lint on it (after his “cleaning”). He put the screen protector on it anyway and said “see what I mean”.Admittedly, I was angry. $10 isn’t that big of a deal, but his poor attitude sure made it seem as if he hasn’t a care in the world about the quality of his work performance. And what’s more, he slid/slung my partner’s screen protector towards him and told him “you do your own”.I asked for a manager, was told the assistant manager was in the back and I could speak to him, but then this Jordan character told me to “leave the store now before I put you out”. Ok, so I like a challenge, especially when I feel physically threatened, so I told him to “go ahead and put me out, but not until I speak with the assistant manager”. He then yelled at me and told me an employee of the store (him) was telling me to leave and that I had 5 minutes to leave before he did something about it. Another employee said the manager would be in tomorrow, that I should leave (I did not get the employee’s name). I again asked for the assistant manager and was told him wasn’t there, conveniently after being there 5 minutes prior. We repeatedly requested a receipt, but were told no. After some angry words were exchanged, he finally printed a receipt which was not legible (appears printer was running out of ink). Jordan said that was the best we were getting and told us to leave. We’ve used this location numerous times before, but never again. I understand this may be a franchise location and not corporate, but this employee’s lack of people skills, smugness and lackadaisical approach to customer assistance and support gives a negative view of AT&T overall.I don’t appreciate being physically threatened in any business, especially one that touts their support of first responders.

AT&T once or twice a year texts me and asks how my store experience was. I haven’t been to the AT&T store since probably 2020 it freaks me out that on occasion I’m asked how my visit to the store was when I haven’t been there in over three years. Please find the person using my phone number to do this cause they apparently go at least twice a year. There’s only one person that has this account and that’s me. Until I physically go to the store, please stop texting me to ask how My non-experience was. Because my experience has a lot expletives in it when I text back.

I can't even download any of my apps because I was made to reset my password so many times and now I have to wait until the 21st before I can use any of my apps. I can only call, message and look up stuff on the internet. I can't listen to my music or connect my phone to my vehicle. No otter boxes for the phones. The language that was used while in the store by the employee. We were at the store for 4 hours trying to get our phones upgraded. That's just way too long and my phone still isn't working properly.
