The older man at the kiosk is very disagreeable and is not happy when you ask him any question about services - whoever runs this business doesn't realize that this directly leads to lower sales.
All the staff is constantly on their phones, they don't care about anything. They prefer to chat between one another rather than tending to a customer waiting in line.
After my last wash my car still had soap residue on the body and my back window was not cleaned properly.
I am not going back.

The worst experience of my life.. on a trip in CharlesTown, WV.. They Cleaned my brand new Model X and did not replace the front mat. I called them over twenty times, left several voicemails, as well as a personal message delivered and NO response!
What kind of business won’t care about their customer’s belonging left behind?!

Been coming here for years and years now. Always get a few washes a season and always left satisfied. Last Friday was my birthday and I was unable to make it for my birthday wash we always look forward to when starting our birthday adventures /dinner/whatever with the family. Due to it being memorial day weekend, I had to work late so I could not make it on the 24th and came in the next morning first thing! Surely it would not be a big deal and a long time customer could get their birthday wash they have been getting for years? Oh boy was I wrong, that old grumpy man at the front looked APPALLED AND INSULTED I would even THINK that I could get a birthday wash on the 25th when my birthday was the 24th what an IDIOT I was in his eyes. I will never return to this wash and will make sure to go elsewhere. Will never support any business with such rude and awful personnel that talk to their customers like that.

I am a member of the monthly wash program which I think is pretty good, but today I did something different, I did an interior cleaning. I know it takes time to clean a Suburban because I have done it myself. Well it took allot longer than I think it should considering you multiple people waiting. The wait time would have decreased significantly if the cleaners were not running trying to pop each other with towels and spending tons of time talking back and forth vice working. Maybe I am just old school , you got time to lean you got time to clean, but this vehicle better be close to pristine.

I run a farm and my Tundra was filthy and they let me go through twice.Super friendly staff. They done a awesome job.All hands on deck detailing.Price was awesome! It would had cost me over 150 bucks to get it detailed.Will be back again with more of a cleaner truck? Thanks a bunch." Farm girl"

A little bit expensive, and the underbody wash leaves a lot to be desired, there was still a lot of loose dirt under the car despite paying for the $15 premium wash.

I've had 2 accounts with this car wash since February 2023. Recently I noticed deed gouges on my front driver side wheel. I took my vehicle there to address the issue. Joe's redneck retarded ass denied that his equipment did the damage. Canceled both of my accounts. This place is trash. Stay away.
