No drive through and closes at 5 on Fridays. Online says 6. Not this one.Friendly tellers...only good thing about it.

Would give 0 stars if able. If you have a child attending West Virginia Weslyan please DO NOT allow them to open an account with this bank. My daughter deposited a check from the school (which is literally blocks away from the bank) and they froze her account because there wasn't a phone number on the check. Almost two weeks later and the check has cleared and they still won't unfreeze her account because "since there wasn't a phone number they have no way to verify that the check was issued" . You would think the fact that the check cleared would be proof enough that it was issued.

I set up the account a week ago, went through and put my bills onto the account to pay through the app. A week later I’m trying to pay the bills and I’m locked out of my account for no reason, or warning. It’ll be up to 20 days before I get my money back from the account and I still have to figure out a way to pay my bills and can’t get anyone to answer the phone in the buckhannon office.

Talking to the main chase bank is terrible. After speaking to the representative from buckhannon she had to transfer me to customer service. They are the most ridiculous company I have dealt with. I have a large sum of money in the bank and need to pay off my vehicle. I cannot pay with debit card because the limit is not approved. You cannot spend your own money at this bank. I will be shutting my account down.

My wife passed away on July 18th, 2019. As with most couple we shared a joint checking account and a credit card, (under her name, but I was an authorized user). I filed our property taxes online and used the credit card to pay. I never received a statement on this account following her passing. When I called a month later, the online person told me the account had been closed. I explained that I wanted to pay the billing abd they assured me Chase would mail me a statement and I could pay that with no additional fees or penalties. I received a facsimile statement two days ago and mailed in a check. Yesterday I went to the bank in Buckhannon to deposit a check for $2000.00 which went fine. Today, Sept. 6, 2019, I received a COLLECTIONS NOTICE from DVM services for a past due amount of $299.19 on the same credit card. I have spent the last 45 minutes trying to call the branch and not been able to get through. It is now 11:25 am and I am about to try again.

They have the WORST customer service, none of the employees knows anything about the process of anything. They lie to their customers and make false accusations on everything. they say call customer service to fix a problem and when you do the idiots on the other end of the phone give you the run around and lie and then tell you that the ones working in the branch are the liers.. WORST BANK EVER AND NEEDS SHUT DOWN I so wish you could give a negative rating

Since Chase shut down their drive through ATM you now have to make sure you are at the bank by 6pm or you can't get cash, unless you wanna pay a fee. A bank this large and they can't figure out how to put a ATM outside so that customers have access to cash before and after hours is definitely pathetic.
