When I was here Patty was on it. She knew some things about my 2010 Honda that even I didn't know and was real straight forward and honest about what they can and can't do as well as how soon they could have the work done. Tim works really hard. He didn't stop working the entire time I was in there. I highly recommend anyone in the Berkeley Springs WV area to go to them for their auto repairs.

I love Tim Riggleman and his wife did a great job repairing my air conditioning on my 1998 chevy K20 pickup and always get great response from him on questions about repairs great people to deal with will recommend to anyone as honest repair facility thank you Tim. Pixie W you were wrong maybe some more repairs needed to your car but may have happened after you left Tim sorry you felt you had to leave bad review these are honest people

Brought my car in on 2/1/18 on a recommendation from a family member. Was informed before service was done on my car that the code would be run to see if in actuality what the issue was before any work would be done. Was charged $160 for a incorrect repair. Had to take my car back to the dealer 4 days later to have it correctly diagnosed and repair. Requested that I either get a refund for what was paid for that repair or a credit for any future work done. Patti (I believe that is her name) was very rude to me on the phone and starting yelling and became argumentative right away. I remained calm and re-iterated to her what my bill said. My bill stated that they correctly identified the problem and made the necessary repair when in fact they did not. I paid them nearly $1,000 for repair work and all I requested was for either a refund or credit for $160 of the work they did not correctly complete. I would NEVER recommend you or anyone else use this shop or support these people. Rude and not good business people. I would be worth it to have a happy customers who can give return business or recommend future business.
