I got a flat tire while on vacation with my family. While I was changing the tire, my wife called ahead and asked if they could squeeze us in for a tire repair because we were on vacation from out of state. Even though they were completely booked, they fixed our tire and even changed the tire for me so I didn't have to change it a second time in the heat while my wife and kids were waiting. THANK YOU all for your kindness to a stranger.

My car was totaled pretty close to Berkeley Springs, and Gates Automotive was the towing company the police called for me. They waited quite a while for me to make up my mind on towing with them, so I appreciate their patience and giving me a lift.
