On 9/26/2023 I dropped a prescription off at Walgreens in Beaver WV 320 pm was told it would be 30 minutes to pick it up for family that had surgery and was in need of their medication. Went to pick it up at 420 pm they said it hadn’t been called in, informed them I dropped it off in the drive thru. I was then told they had to find it and it would be at least another hour. Called an hour later to check on it and was on hold her 35 minutes no one ever answered. Drove back down to the pharmacy was told it may be another hour because they were back up with immunizations. I let them know this was unacceptable that my family member could wait no longer after surgery for their medication and I would need the prescription filled or given back so i could take it somewhere else. Fortunately at this point it was filled, unfortunately there were three others in line with me that had been waiting all day for medication also. A Pharmacy should not allowed decide to not fill medication prescriptions because they are taking walk in immunizations ever! If you can not manage both you should reevaluate you business. Better to not offer a service than to offer one you can not provide.

I live close to this location so I am there on a daily basis everyone knows me by name if they're new they learn my name fast everyone is super friendly super nice and super helpful

Krystal was very nice & helpful. WALGREENS only issue is that they offer BOGO or BOGO for half price. But all the stores around here only get 2 of alot of products

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The girls behind the counter are rude and have an attitudeThey need to just do their job I'm not sure if they even know how to maybe that's their problem I won't go back

This is the worst pharmacy in beaver they are constantly behind and there girls there are extremely rude and they know it and do not care. I was there 2.months and transferred to CVS. They are always on time and very friendly!

The pharmacist is the reason I will never shop at this store again. I have witnessed her talk down to numerous customers that are simply asking a question. She does not belong working with the public.

Ran in here to grab some drinks and pain reliever. Store was clean, and was actually being professionally cleaned with a high powered floor cleaner while we were there. Employee was friendly at register. We grabbed a few items and prices were reasonable. Ladies room was not very clean. Store was very well-lit and organized. Easy location to get into and out of especially being at the light. Plenty of parking, too.
