Absolutely worthless medical supply service and abysmal customer service. I’ve been trying to get my CPAP supplies replaced for the last year, and they refuse to send me anything even with my insurance coverage. I get the runaround every time I call and am promised to have things sorted, but it is never sorted. They still want me to turn in my machine, when in fact I do use it and it is LIVE-SAVING EQUIPMENT. I can’t use my CPAP when its supplies are expired and grow mold, and yet they expect complete and flawless compliance when they refuse to send out new supplies. Maybe don’t promise your patients things if you can’t hold those promises. I’m looking to seek help elsewhere, because this company clearly hasn’t even an ounce of sympathy for those who need medical equipment when their lives depend on it. Do not use their services if you want you disabilities to be taken seriously.

Extremely poor customer service. They don't bill insurance properly, were unable to pull usage memory off cpap cards, and do not contact customers when it comes to resupply cpap supplies. This is one of the worst medical vendors that have dealt with.

I have been trying for almost four months to get cpap supplies and all I'm getting is the runaround. I will now be shopping for a new company. I'm very disappointed.

I have gotten my CPAP equipment and supplies from Best Home Medical since 2013. I have been trying for 3 months to get supplies and being told they don't have a prescription. One time I was told they had it but needed the diagnosis code and clinical notes. I just called once again today and informed they have no prescription. This company has gone down hill since they are owned by another company now. I may just start ordering my supplies elsewhere. My Dr also ordered a nebulizer and I'm not sure I want to get it through this company.

They lost my prescription. Then when I called they said they item was not in stock. They said I needed go somewhere else. This was week later no calls from them or anything Unprofessional to loose the prescription.

I have been trying to get mask,tubing and filters for over a month your office kept telling m they didn’t receive order I went to doctor office picked up the order and the fax sheet showing they had sent on December 21. I still don’t have supplies. Received call today there was still a hold but didn’t know why. I would appreciate a reply

It has taken months to get my CPAP supplies! I was not informed that they changed hands until I went to pick up my supplies in person. I was told I would have to have a new prescription from my doctor to which they would send papers for him to send back. My Doctor kept saying he didn’t get anything from them . The last time I stopped in their office and the person in front office said she sent them again. I was told once that my file was lost then another time was told that wasn’t true. Was told I could no longer pick up my supplies at office . I had to go through Sleep Central. I called them about why the delay since Best Medical finally told me they received orders from doctor. The rude employee said they were not sent the mask type. When ask why didn’t they contact them I was rudely told they didn’t have time to do so! I had to go back to Best medical to get a comparable mask number and call them back to give it to them. Guess what ? Wrong filters were sent for my machine after finally arriving! When I called to let them know they wanted to know why I waited more than 3 days to contact them. I will find another company in network!!

I can’t even explain how incompetent the front receptionist is at the Barboursville WV. “Best” Home Medical (Rotech) is. First she is probably the rudest person and from reviewing other reviews I think it’s not just me. 2nd I was trying to get my supplies for CPAP machine and she said we where bought out by new company so I would need a new prescription field from my doctor in order for her to give me the supplies (LIE 1). Ok so I went to doctor had him print of New script and brought it to her this morning and she said let me check and see if I have those supplies and she said yes and all she needed was my insurance and the script and she will call me when ready. Then she calls me back and states that my insurance company will not cover new supplies because they monitor my usage of my CPAP (LIE 2) and that I would have to pay out of pocket(LIE 3). I questioned this obviously and stated how are they monitor thing my usage of my CPAP when I haven’t even set it up for that it’s a new machine that was a replacement for a recalled model and I use it at least 6 to 7 hours per night even with my mask that has a rip in it? She didn’t goes on to say my hands are tied and I said is there anything I can do can I call the company that you work for and she said no (LIE 4). So I called my insurance company and they state that they don’t monitor anything with CPAP at all how would they do that and why? So the insurance company calls the company Rotech and they say cut out the middleman and order it straight from us and we will ship him supplies straight to his home. So I call Rotech and explain to them the situation with the front receptionist And the representative states they don’t supply the supplies from that location (LIE 5) And that it will be 7 to 10 days before I receive my supplies. This will be the last time I do any type of business with this company I would give them zero stars if an option stay clear from this place especially if you need any life saving supplies!!

Had prescription for nebulizer however front receptionist who was rude stated I would have to get the clinic notes faxed. The clinic stated they faxed them. She offered absolutely no help to try to get the records she specifically needed. I will never get anything done here again bc of the rudeness. Especially when your sick and having to deal with that.

Horrible place. Down right rude. Billed one month, paid then rebilled for the same month. When I called to question all I got was silence. No explanation. Amazing

I just attempted to contact my sales representative I've dealt with since 2018, however he was out. The female who answered was extremely nosey and rude. As soon as I mentioned "recall" she talked continuously and interrupted me ever single time I tried to speak. I was simply trying to get some information from my male contact there and just wanted to leave a message....that's all. I am very offended at the way she spoke to me and she does not need to be working in a career requiring customer service skills because she has none.

My dad passed away 7/11/2020. This place has called my stepmother everyday since Monday. They wanted to pick up the oxygen machine, Hospital Bed , wheel chair and Walker. We haven't even had his funeral yet either. They never gave a condolence either. They could have waited for couple weeks. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
