I was excited to purchase the new mini toolbox for all my kids. I was told to wait almost a week for the next shipment. Well that is today and I was told they have about 70 minor tool boxes in and they were told by corporate to hoard them away for a parking lot say to drive other sales. This is disappointing we cannot purchase them due to corporate greed and gimmicky marketing ploys. Lowe’s has the same mini tool box around the same price and will not hoard them. Go to Lowe’s, better service better deal.

There's always an employee around to ask if you need help. They seem to be knowledgeable and curious. Prices are always reasonable. Store is always above average in cleanliness. Shelves are always well stocked.

Good little place for some quality tools. It's not very big but like I say what they do have its quality stuff and the pricing is fair. I would highly recommend this store!

Harbor freight in and of itself is an awesome store and has a great selection of stuff that you genuinely can't find other places! But on that note if you're going to that store to go shopping be prepared to be followed around everywhere you go by employees that are not following you to help you they're following you to make sure that you're not stealing and it gets to the point where it's quite bothersome and it makes your shopping trip kind of unenjoyable to the point where you're possibly going to have to say something to the employees who are like at your elbow when you're looking at products! I don't appreciate being treated like I'm a thief and I don't appreciate being followed everywhere I go it's uncomfortable it's weird and I know they've been stolen from a lot unfortunately but they should make their customers feel comfortable not awkward.

Be perfectly honest I don't very often give out five stars but in this case harbor freight has been able to accommodate me with some high quality tools a reasonable price thank you very much

I love the displays to get little tools and stuff for the farm. The manager is very useful and helpful. They also do agriculture tax exempt on select items which can be used for the farm. This does a lot of coupons in the email and texting. The extended warranty is the best because he can take anything back and if you have an extended warranty, they don’t give you any trouble or fussiness.
