Miguel came out today and took care of our internet problem and was efficient. Everything was done in like 30 minutes. My original appointment was on this Friday but they had a cancelation and called me knowing today was my day off. Very impressive. We have had Washington Broadband for over 3 years and would recommend them highly

There running fiber optic in the upper valley ,I live in Cowiche and have had Century Link for 24 years with less than 10 mbps needless to say was slow with intermittent shut offs and was so frustrating yet they raised my bill from 35 dollars to 60 with no warning. I have now with broadband 100 mbps for the same price If you live in the upper valley give them a call you might be surprised Thanks a bunch Mercy and to the service men who are professional straight up quick on time very courteous.

I recently had Fiber Optic hooked up by WB. I had installed in 10/23 and have waited to see if I would have any issues, before posting a review.None ,super happy , super fast. The guys are awesome, professional, respectful, and prompt. I now pay less than when I had wireless, with 5x the speed. Forbes Mercy and Washington Broadband, local company. Fiber Optic, 5 star from me. Rick Dauenhauer, West Valley.

owner takes no responsibility for his employees behavior or damage. Nails through the valley of my roof. all roofing companies said needs repaired and done incorrectly and will cause leaking to my home. owner refused to repair with estimates provided and instead turned off my service in response to my complaint. Employee age 30 made sexual comments about my teen daughter to his coworker and we called police on the matter. Do not let this company near your home. Internet only a few days but was slow and no better then CenturyLink service and much slower then speeds advised I would get. they sell device to attach cables to roof safely, but this company just puts holes in your roof against all recommendations without any permission from home owners. will not provide insurance information to work with their insurance on my claim. Do not let these people near your home of kids!Response from owner: This decision has not been reached lightly, but it has become apparent that there exist substantial differences in perspectives regarding the capabilities of the internet and our processes to install it. You commented that your service was slow. The package you are currently on is up to 10mbps and for it to vary 1-2mbps from 10mbps is normal. Speed coming into your main radio can degrade after communicating between multiple dishes. Fixed Wireless Internet has uncontrollable variations that can slow speeds.Additionally, you expressed dissatisfaction with the installation process, even though it was executed to our standard procedures. As stated before, we have been in business almost 30 years and do multiple installations a week, never having an issue before with the structural integrity of a roof due to shallow staples. Also, we are limited to the locations we can place equipment because unlike cellular equipment, all dishes need to have an unobstructed line of site to each other, and the tower that feeds it. Therefore, our techs will take into consideration your preferences, but some locations are not possible. These differences have regrettably led us to conclude that continuing to provide our services to your residence would not align with our fundamental principles or your expectations. Should you consider your claim on the roof we will vigorously defend our long-used practices of shallow staples causing no damage. In light of this, we want to express our apologies for any disruption this may bring to your daily routine. However, we will deactivate services on 8/18/2023, allowing you to use our service with time to find a replacement service. We will schedule a time for the week of the 21st to remove all cables and equipment. In an effort to alleviate any inconvenience, we will be processing a complete refund of $59 for the first month of service you paid for at the time of the initial installation. You can expect to receive your refund through the original payment method within 5-10 business days. We also will not charge the fee for installing the point-to-point radios.Your statement that we know who made the unfortunate comment apparently happened at the time that two installers were present, so we cannot be sure who it was. Regardless, this is a matter we take seriously and will investigate internally as we hold our employees to a high level of professionalism. It is however against our company policy to disclose any private information about our employees. Should you decide to pursue legal action as you stated, we will, of course, comply with correspondence only through official channels. We deeply regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding as we navigate this challenging situation, taking into account varying perspectives and previous experiences. We extend our best wishes to you in all your future endeavors.Forbes MercyPresident - Washington Broadband, INC

If i could rate it 0 stars i would. Customer service is the only good thing about this internet. We are off more times then we are on. Definitely not good gaming internet. Owner is rude most of the time, when we are having internet troubles. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. No 24 hour support. he changed something on his side to where I can't get internet on gaming console everything works fine but not my console.

I don't even know where to begin... first of all, I don't remember a single time where I got even a quarter of the speeds advertised, for most of the time it didn't even get into the megabytes. And oh my god don't even get me started on the customer service, the complete and utter headache that I had to go through countless amounts of times would be enough to make a grown man go insane. I was this goddamn close to going to their headquarters down on Nob Hill to give them a piece of my mind. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the dozens of times we had our satellites repaired only for the speeds to continue being down the toilet for the painful 5 long years that we used their internet. The fact that they're still in business is mind boggling to me, they should've been wiped out decades ago. If I could give 0 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. Me and my family deserve to be given a FULL refund and a sincere apology. Excuse my french, but fuck you washington broadband.

I have been using Washington Broadband for my internet service, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The internet they provide is always reliable, and I have never experienced any downtime. The technicians and staff are also excellent - they are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. Whenever I have had any technical issues, their customer service team has been quick to respond and resolve the problem. Overall, I highly recommend Washington Broadband for their great service and exceptional technical support.

Wow, we just switched from worthless slow horrible centurylink to Washington Broadband....what an amazing difference in speed and customer service. Easy to connect to a real live person who is friendly and helpful without going through 25 prompts and another 20-30 minutes on hold, they came out the same day and had us installed and running in under an hour...I am thrilled....thank you Forbes!!!!
