They are so rude. I’ve used them twice since moving here. And they are just awful to deal with. Last month I was told my ex would be ready at 11. I left work and drove there and at 11:05 I’m told it will be ready in 45 mins. I explained what I had been told and her response “I just got here I can’t help you”. I left to return to work, get half way there and by 11:12 I get a call my ex is ready. Stop playing with people. I just told you I left work after given a time. Gas is expensive too. Today I called at 9 to refill. This lady first told my I didn’t have a valid ex. Yes I do. After some silence she says it will be ready some time after 11. I would like to leave town today so what is after 11? All she does is repeat herself. I told her that could be 12, 1, 2, ,3, 4, etc. all she said is yup. I’ll just go back to Walmart. They were not the sharpest tools in the shed there but at least they aren’t rude and if you’re standing right there they will be kind enough to fill it.

Don't bother calling the pharmacy. Nearly every time I call, I end up on hold for an hour (not exaggerating) and still get hung up on. No, I'm not calling when they're closed for lunch. Why even have a phone number if you aren't going to use it?

Worst pharmacy ever. Go anywhere but here! Their customer service is awful and I will never go back. Not only do they tell you your prescriptions are expired prematurely they mix up medications and tell you that you can't give them back once it leaves the building even when the bag is still stapled and you literally just handed it to me. Too many bad experiences here.

Never again Walgreens! First time I waited 5+ hours for a prescription granted I hadn’t had one in years. Second time I dropped my prescription off a week and a half early and went to pick it up on the day I was supposed to at 4 o’clock in the afternoon and it was still not ready, as soon as I pulled in my driveway at home got the text it was ready to pick up. This is the third and final time I’ll be going here, 3 and half hours for something they said they had right there and no message that it’s ready. No one on phones but I was on hold for minutes got to store and no one is in line or on the phones to be put on hold. Kind of ridiculous for something they don’t even have to make up or get from somewhere it’s in stock. This place sucks big time!!

Ever since Halstead left, this has gone down hill.Often takes 20 min.if more than 5 cars at drive up.I have waited at window 5 minutes and no one came to window.They don't care.Twice now email said rx was ready when it wasn't.We miss Jeremiah.

Customer service here is terrible if you can even find a worker. The workers like to argue with customers and make checking out take 100 times longer than it should. Save yourself the hassle by taking a trip to the Walgreens on 40th and Summitview.

Some checkers are very rude, it seems to be only Walgreens stores, I like their products but not employees.

The wait time in the drive thru is beyond insane. Due to covid testing and new employees. Never once have i seen the drawer cleaned or sanitized after a testing. I miss the old pharmacist when he was there it ran so much smoother and Some of the newer employees are extremely rude. I guess being over worked and underpaid can cause that so i try and just over look it.

This place is the worst…Always making excuses on why it takes so long to fill prescriptions! I miss Bi Mart pharmacies so much and currently looking for a new one?
