Would rate lower if I could.... I have a cracked screen and filed a claim through Asurion, Verizon's insurance provider. I took time off work and drove from Kennewick to the store in Yakima as that is the closest place I could go to fix my phone. The Asurion tech said he could have my phone fixed in about 1.5 hours. I left and came back 1.5 hours later and the employee said he could not fix my phone due to a software issue they area having with Verizon/Samsung.. Obviously a little upset about this, so I went straight to the Verizon store and explained the situation to the girl at the counter. She refused to help in any way other than upgrading me to a new phone which would be $600+... So the insurance I have been paying for the last year can't fix my phone because of an issue on their end (The phone is fixable, its an issue with Asurion). The Verizon employee told me to kick rocks, I wasted a full tank pf gas, PTB from work, and around 6 hours of time. My phone is still not fixed, the insurance company has given me no time table as to when their issue will be resolved, and Verizon doesn't care... It is unbelievable.

Excellent customer service and they went above and beyond to get me the best deal. I spent more than I wanted to but it was my choice so I cannot and will not blame them for that.

Very poor customer service.. when I open a new account they had me waiting almost 1hr just to get hlepd . And just had customer waiting. there was 2 guys in the front just greeting people and playing Games in their phone very unprofessional.

Was looking for A plan for a Senior citizen. They can't afford $75-$85 A Bill like that on Social security.

Very helpful in trying to fix a dropped call problem. Hopefully that will delay us from having to buy a new phone.

I waited for an hour for a text to be seen and never received one. I went in to see how long it would be they told me they took me off the list. Horrible customer service for a long time Verizon customer

Employees are nice. Not too fond of their advertising we qualify for an upgrade but only if you buy an expensive phone and an expensive new plan.

Waited on hold for an hour and a half, never ended up speaking with anyone the call just got disconnected tried calling back still never got to speak with anyone just sat on hold.

Wait time was unreal! No phones in stock! Thought it was a cell phone store?!? Went to AT&T and walked out with cell phones for the whole family and an amazing plan!!!!!!!!

5 stars to the young gal that helped me. She went above and beyond to help me out, all while being very professional and multitasking. The management in this store is a joke. Store was super busy and every representative was overwhelmed with work while the “manager” Sabino was just checking people in and scrolling through his Facebook feed. I would Definitely not hire someone like that to run my business.
