If I could put a minor in front of that star, I absolutely would! I have been a 17+ year loyal Verizon customer! However, after today and after the experience, I just had trying to pay my bill and see if I could lessen my monthly bill and find out what kind of discounts there were at the time I have ever had in my entire life as a customer!Number one I walk in tell them I want to pay my bill they put me probably with a guy that had maybe three days of experience. Not my complaint.Number two while waiting for the extremely inexperienced worker to figure out how to give me change and enter my payment in the computer, I asked the lady next to him. Are there any specials? To which she completely ignored me!!! Spent more time staring at her damn face on her phone, and taking pictures of her cheek!!! I actually thought she didn’t hear me. That is until the third employee answered me and told me what was on special right now. Tells me I can get a free phone if I add a line to which I exclaim, I’m trying to lessen my bill not in increase it. At that point he went back to staring at his phone, and completely ignored me !It seems like Verizon employees are only there to keep your bill high and sell you something you probably don’t need!!! Of course that is if they can tear themselves away from their personal devices long enough to actually take care of a customer!!!!!Seriously looking for a new phone company!

Just went to this store thinking about purchasing a new iphone - the woman who greeted me didn't give me a chance to even look around - she quickly got onto her computer and was telling me that I could be paying less for my phone plan - after having to be fairly assertive in asking her questions about the different plans, I learned she was attempting to sign me up for a monthly plan that would have been more expensive. She then continue to quote and misquote me/give me the run around re: payment plans for an Iphone 15. It's Christmas eve. I'm a social worker who works very hard and I don't have a lot of time, money or energy to spare. I don't understand how you can sleep at night ripping off working people. Will not be coming back and considering dropping Verizon all together - this type of predatory behavior is out of line.

I had my phone cleaned up after a hack. I was very satisfied with the results and I was glad to have spoken with an associate who knew exactly how to repair my phone. I will definitely go back to see her in case of a next time.

Very friendly place.. great customer service.. awsome atmosphere..clean.. very professional service.. sometimes long wait time but it's worth it

I had a very uncomfortable time with the employee on August 4, around 1pm. When I asked him a question, he answered like he was annoyed with sighs. I had different races from him, and I think this was the reason why he was very unkind to me.

I was having a terrible day, my iPhone died and never woke up (on my birthday), I came in to get it fixed and ended up needing a new phone. David was so awesome he completely turned my day around. He was so friendly and helpful. He made the entire process quick and painless. My husband and I genuinely enjoyed visiting with him while my data was transferring. Give David a raise!!!!

Most cell phone places are busy to begin with but Maggie who works at verizon made the wait all worth it.. customer service was over the top.. she was quick efficiant and got me out there quick. She treated me like she knew me my whole life! Know what your getting ahead of time ..

The location cancelled an order I placed online 2 days before I had to pick it up then refused to answer the phone and when I called their call center they tried to bill me more for the same thing.

Doesnt have anything in stock for apple and also that last time I was in the store the attendant that was helping me wasnt very helpful. Not only is that store a corprate store them selfs and online is out of stock and have to wait weeks to get the product that we order. I think its time to finally dump Verizon all together.

Had some issues with customer service in store and on the phone. I was told instore that I couldn't purchase a new cell phone because my account was pending. I had to wait until My billing cycle was up in 15 days before I could buy a new phone. Somehow my account was locked because I had a pending purchase. I did purchase anything. Well I made an appointment online to talk to another salesperson. I get there and 30 minutes before my appointment it got canceled. I was not happy. However, another sales person helped me within 15 minutes. I finally got my new cell phone.

I absolutely hate going to this Verizon store for any reason, one timeI walked in there 30 minutes before they closed, literally 5-8 very intimidating looking guys waiting by door, I walked, nothing no greeting, nothing infact it felt like they were just trying to intimidate me so I’d leave. I told them what I needed only to be told that they couldn’t help me because they were about to close. I’ve never been here and not felt pressured to leave or treated like s**t. I used to go to the Verizon store in selah, although that place was severely understaffed I always felt welcomed and they were always so nice, now that they’re closed I have no choice but to go to this location. Hate it.
