“I was in need of a specific type of shower chair expeditiously and do to supply chain problems due to Covid was having difficulty finding one online. I prefer supporting local businesses when possible so called Tieton Village Drugs. My call was answered, I stated my need, and their supply was checked immediately. They had only one available so I was told they could hold it for me until I could come see it. When I arrived, the shower chair was right there so there was no wait time to check it out. It was exactly what I needed so the transaction was taken care of quickly. I definitely recommend Tieton Village Drugs for local, personalized service.”
“Man, I got to say, this is the best Walgreens of all! I have never been to a Walgreens with more delight, inspired employees, gleaming, warm light. The merchandise is the most amazing products I've ever come in contact with. I might add that with a name like Walgreens you think they have the walls painted green, but no. They are white! We just adds to the clean atmosphere. The pharmacy sells drugs on the toilet has mediocre products. I couldn't ask for anything More.”

Since switching I have not had any issues. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful. Medications are always done when they say. The one time it wasn’t they literally finished it while I was standing there.”

“I have been a customer at Wallgreens for around 25 years. I also have got my prescription's filled there. Not always at the same location but the two I have done business with have been close to where I live. The Pharmacy is always there to answer questions and will text me when my prescription is ready. They have drive thru service which is pretty fast especially considering how busy they get . With express pay with the credit card of mine they have on file. The people up front always welcome me with a smile and welcome to Walgreens They have super good sales on all products off and on and you have a Wallgreens card which you earn rewards cash and coupons on merchandise. I currently go to the one on 40th but use to go to the one on 64th and Nob Hill. Both I have never been treated poorly and they are helpful with anything in the store. I absolutely recommend them for all your needs except for fresh produce. Actually if they had them I would probably not even go anywhere else. Oh and they will deliver right to your door. Good clean friendly and fun store. Thanks Walgreens.”

“I am new to Yakima, so when I stopped at Fred Meyer to grab some items, the layout of the store threw me off and I could not find pumpkin purée for the life of me! Thankfully, an employee was there and she helped me find the item. Her name was Gwen and she was so kind and eager to help me out. If I was her manager I would definitely give her a raise.”
“Always professional staff, competitive pricing and quality peices. Biggest complaint, lack of an advanced system, or any system at all for warranty tracking. They do not keep any record so if you lose a PAPER pamphlet you're out of luck. They could at least keep a PAPER log.”

“I've used them for years. Fast and friendly. They always take care of all of our prescription needs. We even brought out pet prescription there. They applied a discount and the medication for our pet was $25 less than we pay monthly at the vet. They are alway busy. Recommendation they are busiest from 4pm to 6pm. So avoid the lines and go earlier or later after the work crowd leaves. Staff get to know you and you feel the extra care they provide”
“First time getting a prescription filled at a Rite Aid and it was a good experience. After waiting for an hour at another popular facility (beginning with a "W") and finding out they hadn't even scanned the prescription into their system, we took our business to Rite Aid. They quickly took down my insurance details & phone number and told me it would be done in 30 minutes. I went back after 30 minutes and it was ready as advertised. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Thanks Rite Aid!”

A special gem is their florist, who not only provides skillfully crafted arrangements but also decorates the store throughout the year.
