“Updated,Make sure you get a receipt and you check it before you leave the store, I was charged for beer that I’ve never bought, and a bunch of vegetables that I didn’t buy, I hate for people to be taking advantage because you are in a hurry to leave , I’m not sure who to talk to because they play Hot potatoes , they just passed your call around and Nothing is being resolved!The Owner Manuel immediately contacted me after this review, None of the employee Notified him of this incident , It’s always Nice to talk to the owner that’s the only way he will know of what’s going on, He didn’t not only offered to refund me what I was over charged, but offered to fully refund me the amount I spent. I really appreciate the response of the owner , I’m hoping the the employees is reprimand if they are doing this on purpose and if it was a rush hour Maybe take the time and do it right it’s only fair to everyone!”

“Good place to shop for any Hispanic foods and deli and meat items. The deli has awesome meals and prices. Love the quesabirria tacos, tacos and tortas. Great selection of meats and seafood in the butcher shop! Very reasonable prices compared to national chains. Friendly and helpful staff as well.”

“Always Nice folks behind the counter. They have about all there is.. Good chicken strips and other hot and ready. Lotto, gasoline,propane, compressed air for inflating, a carwash w vac. Plus a great Espresso stand on their lot. As well as a thrift store next door( same plaza) and a seasonal fruit stand just across the street. Oh And an RV park and golf course a mile down (pence) rd..”

“I have shopped Grocery Outlet starting at their former location when they were just opening for the first time. I dislike Costco and Winco because they have so many people, you can't find a place to park and getting checked out is a nightmare. I don't have this problem with Grocery Outlet. Sure, there are some items that might be spendy or maybe the same at other stores. But over all their prices are much cheaper and there are times you can find things you can't find any place else. They hire a diverse group of people to work there and no one has ever been rude or racist, but I guess if one is touchy about skin color, they can easily think they are being discriminated against. I find the checkers to be friendly, thoughtful and helpful. It's a pleasure to shop there. I can get in and out without long waiting lines and driving around fighting for a parking spot. Since I am handicapped, even those parking stalls are often taken and some by people who are not handicapped. So Grocery Outlet is the store for me.”

The store was spotless and all the shelves and refrigerator items were stuffed full in a neatly manner!I needed a no bake cream cheese and I didn't see any,I asked Sandra the manager and she didn't have any at this location,so she quickly called Chalet and bingo! “The Chicharones are a go-to especially when they are freshly made. The employees are experienced Workers & Profesional. The variety is impressive, yet it does not feel crowded nor does it have a weird carniceria smell like many supermarkets do. + Plus It’s one of the few stores in yakima with the glass bottle 40oz OE ? Side Note: Maybe some budget friendly Tequila’s will do good in this location.?”
