I lost all of my important documents and it was in the passenger seat super eazy to see but the cleaners of the rental car trashed my documents and they are saying they did not see it do not recommend trash anything in the car when returned

Our rental is authorized through our insurance company yet Enterprise keeps charging our credit card. They won't answer their phones.

Not being able to get a ride to Moxee my home wasn’t cool it is only 5 miles.You do care about receiving money though. I I expected better from you guys. I rented vehicles for over 20 years and this how I get treated!!!

Just got our rental this morning, there is a small dent i thought they'd make note of but don't think they did. Car was really dirty outside, the blind spot was hard to see through. Unsure if gas gauge is off, it was at half a tank before filling, but after we put gas in it went down to quarter of a tank. Other than that, really spacious.

This location rented me a car with damage on the front bumper, which was acknowledged and noted on the rental agreement. When I returned the car they said that wasn't true. I had proof and showed it to them. They filed a claim with my insurance company anyway. Absolutely dishonest, lying thieves.

I needed a car for a one-way trip and went to Enterprise. Lu and her partner were very nice and quick with completing my reservation. The car was a bit used though it still met my needs. I will continue to use Enterprise for rentals.

Not happy at all enterprise called me last night Friday the 20th of October that my insurance scheduled me a car, I showed up the next day Saturday to pick up a car some kid named corpus first he couldn't find me not with my I'd or Phone number or any evidence that i ever rented a car. until I showed him a video of me picking up the car and returning a car on Thursday. the place was full of cars and he refused the rent me one. He said the only day available was the last day that my insurance scheduled for me to have a car. I asked him why would enterprise call me and ask me to pick up a car and you not have car available. The place was full of cars here is the video. how do I upload a sound recording of our conversation that I recorded of me and corpus. He did help a couple before me. He treated them totally different, like royalty l am a brown amigo we all come from the same mother mother earth ? we are all brothers and sisters. (Its been a week a still haven't received my $100 dollar deposit from my previous rental.)

Reserved a truck for Friday at 12. Called to verify that the truck would be ready twice. When we went to pick up the truck we were told it was not ready. It still needed an oil change and tires rotated. The truck had less than 1/4 tank of gas. We've done business at this location before and always seem to have trouble. The truck was dropped off on Sat evening 2 hours after the scheduledtime. Granted it was late with about the same amount of gas as when picked up. We were charged an extra day(expected). They also fought to charge us for fuel and another day of insurance (insurance is bought by the day not the hour). It was another $70 for fuel and $29 for insurance. Be aware of your rights. Thank goodness we took photos.

Jaycee the manager and the associate Luz were great! Professional, courteous, and even offered a discount I didn’t know I qualified for. If you’re looking for a rental in the Yakima area, skip the airport fees and go to Enterprise!

Worst customer service ever!!!! I would give it a zero star if I could. If possible rent somewhere else. Only reason why I'm renting here is because someone decided to do a hit and run on me. Long story short the vehicle I was in ended up breaking. I ended up switching to a different vehicle. I called road side assistance and they ordered a tow. While waiting for a tow the office dropped a different vehicle for me and told me to cancel the road side because they would be taking the vehicle to Seatac instead of back to the office and that they would handle the tow. Alright so I cancelled like how I was instructed. This morning which is Monday I called the office at 8 AM to figure out when the tow would happen. Office had no idea what was going on and blamed me for canceling the tow in the first place and that they had to figure out what was going on. Of course they would wait till the last min to send someone out right before I had to leave out of town on a business trip. I even explained to them that I need to be going out of town and so they sent two workers out to try and move the vehicle out of my drive way. Ended up waisting hours of my time and being way delayed to the point I just had to cancel and reschedule for a different time. Which is costing me money and time. This all could of been avoided if there was more clear communication and if someone actually did their job.
