CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL.. 11/10 /2023 I went in with all the intentions on buying some jewelry I wasn't greeted they're just standing around talking totally ignored me never asked if I needed any help. one guy that work was working there was just talking to another person they seem that I wanted to look at the jewelry to counter he didn't even move I will never go back into that store ever again their customer service is awful....

The worst "service" ever.We were blatantly ignored for half an hour, just wanted to look at a couple guns but the most we got were some side-eyes and scowls (And an eye roll! Yup!) from the jewelry person.Ps4's are $220 for consoles only and they have like 30 dusty ones.Old worn out tools are priced about 8% below new item cost.Electronics are all so overpriced it's laughable.Won't be back. Totally understand why they have such a bad rating.

Went there today to get necklace the staff was rude and had no costumer service skills made the experience very uncomfortable.Also this place refused to give a military discount which confuses me because all of the pawnshops in Seattle owned by this company. Give these discounts I don’t think I’ve ever be going there again. And I will never recommend this place to anybody I know.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE! I went in to make my layaway payment, because it was due yesterday I had to restart the contract. IT WAS LABOR DAY! HOW WAS I SUPPOSE TO PAY FOR IT ON A HOLIDAY!!!!

Buyer bewareThe level of fraud that happens @cashamericapawn Yakima, WA. They sold my dad a necklace advertised as 14k and the necklace is 10k. My dad took it back for a refund and they refused but offered to buy it back for $200 less than what he paid. Share, share, share!

Don't buy electronics from this place , they sell broken things and then won't honor them when you bring them back 2 hrs later. The customer service is rude and disrespectful, and between the hrs of 10 and 11 it's like no body works there I was left alone in an empty store.

Poor customer service. I bought an Xbox that crashed every time I try to load a game and because I didn’t buy their warranty they refuse to exchange it. Called and asked what I’m supposed to do with a broken Xbox and they suggested using it as a door stop. Real classy folks that work here. Last time I’ll ever shop here.
