Bought a vehicle of of them and paid in cash guy tried to skimp me off an extra 20 bucks even though I knew we took the amount of money we needed to cash it out so I told Beto the car dealer to count it again and all of a sudden the 20 dollars where there. The check engine light traction and tire sensor came on the same day I took the vehicle home, this vehicle is now struggling to go into gears to specify go into drive I would greatly reconsider purchasing from these dealers my vehicle was supposed to come with a gps disc and the guy said it would arrive I’ve been waiting for 3 months yet the guy keeps ducking me we spotted him doing a “test” drive it took more than 20 minutes for him to return to the dealer shop all to spot us and drive off again. When my plates arrived I had to call and ask for them they didn’t even call me to let me know they had arrived. To the person taking the test drive play it smart and go buy your car elsewhere don’t get messed over like I did.

We bought a 2010 Chevy equinox, & had some health issues with my son who has been in children’s hospital for couple weeks they were VERY understanding, also worked with me on my late payment. I definitely recommend them because they really are family owned. They work really hard to be understanding and work with you always. Definitely go check them out!!!

Bought a 2003 Mazda and had to pay 3000 dollars to fix all the issues In it. Do not buy a vehicle from these people. They are horrible

Bought my first car from this dealer. Drove 3 hours from Pomeroy all the way to here to find a car. Yeah, some of their cars had a slew of issues under their sleeve, but that's just how most used cars are sold. Should've known the ones that this one in particular had.A wheel out of alignment and a faulty EVAP sensor. P0496.Other than that, customer service was decent. Good or bad credit (I didn't have any credit history). Take extra precautions that they may charge you at an exorbitant rate when financing cars from here.

They deserve 1 start only for one of there workers he’s awesome but in other words do not buy a vehicle from them had my truck 14 days and it broke down and there not doing anything to work with me all there doin is telling me stuff to make me pay for there mess up and wont refund me for my down paymeant STAY AWAY!

My sister was sold a lemon , car overheated first week , then kept having to take it back plenty times to get repaired then we tried to exchange car but wont let us , now the only option is to keep taking it to their mechanic, car won’t even start up and basically useless , oh and still having to pay the rest of it for a car thats not even moving.

We emailed about a specific vehicle because we were coming from 2 1/2 hours away. We arrive to a vehicle with a dead battery and a power drivers seat that didn't work.One would think that they would at least check these things or mention it before we traveled. Their response..YOU didn't ask me about the seat, We have 150 cars, we can't check them all. "Call us in a week to see if its fixed". Really? Maybe you should be calling me after its fixed...to see if I'm still interested and offer a deal for the 5 hour inconvenience!
