“This is an invitation in bank design. There are no regular tellers, but the Smart ATM's can do many things that tellers usually do. During Lobby hours there are staff available who can take care of all of your banking needs. In addition to what normal Banks do, this Center also provides some educational programs.”

“The branch is on the North-East corner and the only ATM is off-street, which is actually convenient for parking. The drive-through is catercorner, on the South-West corner, and there is an ATM there as well. Branch has always been well-staffed every time I've been inside, which is not that often, but they seem efficient and move the line right along.”

“Yakima federal savings and loan was the place we came across when we were looking for a local bank to help service our home loan. From the home loan perspective they have been very helpful, able to get us a very good rate and have made the process of mobile banking relatively easy. They recently introduced an app it allows you to deposit checks with your phone. This didn't seem like a big deal until we started using it. Admittedly, they are a little behind in the implementation, but it works very well and on the hall has been really nice. The people that work at the branches are helpful and pleasant,making most ordinary banking issues pretty seamless. The reason this local bank doesn't get the five star bump is because they don't offer a lot of the ancillary loan services. After joining, we found out they don't do new or used car loans, and also found out it's relatively difficult to do Interbank transfers. Interestingly, many of the folks who work here we're on aware that the services are unavailable as they seemed pretty basic to normal banks. I'm sure they have their reasons, but it sure would be nice to be able to get all things standard bank related done at one location- c'est la vie! All in all, it's a solid place that does home loans and checking accounts really well, but outside of that, at least for the standard participant, there's not as much offered as we would've expected.”

“All the tellers and employees are so sweet and helpful. They really care about their customers and they are not out to nickle and dime you like big corporations. I was a member of a big bank and switched because of the care and customer service I receive here. Things happen in life and they understand that and will work with you to fix a situation before allowing your account to collect fees or cause you trouble. I love everything about Yakima Federal!”

“There was fraudulent activity on my bank card detected. I received a alert on my phone and the agent asked if I was using my card for a transaction that I didn't approve. After answering the security attached to my account, the agent was able to stop my card and remove the purchase I didn't approve. I was able to go to my branch office and get a new card in no time so I could update my accounts with automatic payments for bill I have monthly.”

“I have banked with Banner Bank since at least 2008. I have felt that their customer service has been very good. In particular, Ceci has been very helpful. Recently someone attempted to use my card info to make a purchase out of state. As my debit card was blocked due to the attempted fraud, I was unable to make an ATM deposit I needed to make that evening. Ceci was able to reverse the overdraft charge. She suggested I come in to get a new debit card, because if you request it by phone it can take a week or so to get it. I also love Banner bank because they refund ATM fees at other banks.”
