I hate the summitview bank banking hours they can't make up there minds of what days to open. I keep coming by for nothing. In the web site says there open and then I get there and there closed. It's frustrating .

I am NOT a BofA customer. I called the 40th branch in dire need of assistance and was immediately transferred to the Branch Manager. She helped and was sympathetic to my situation . I am going to go and open an account ASAP.

I just don't understand this thought process! How can a bank as big a B of A think having one teller open, on a Saturday at almost 12 noon..is a good idea? This is a bunch of ridiculousness!!

Alright make your stupid phone operator shorter cuz that's beyond annoying. And people need to learn how to answer the phone, i've been calling all morning and you have me bent if I have to hear "go back to the home page" again. Not getting any of the answers I need. Super irritating.

What is going on with the banks in Yakima? Union Gap is horrible, now this bank. This place had one person working, huge line, and took for forever to deposit for a business account. I closed my account with this bank and I am asking the business I work for to close their account as well. This is ridiculous!

Terrible customer service! Never experienced such an inability to help long time customers with critical needs. Older people should stay away. Not helpful.

This place is ridiculous. I have had nothing but issues with them and would give them 0 stars if I could. I was told multiple times by frontline staff that I had paid off my credit card, and that the account was closed only to find out 3 months later that it was never closed and the payoff amount THEY gave was incorrect. Now I have a delinquency fine for 3 months and my credit for dinged for their incompetency.

No smiles in here! 1 teller for a Saturday morning with 20 in line, well 17 cause 3 walked out after waiting over 15 minuets and ATMs were down!

Always friendly and amazing self service options. There are many ways to do my banking after hours and there online banking is the best that I have ever used.

As I stand in line waiting on the one teller, on a Friday...not for the first time. I have come in to this and other locations multiple times when there is only one teller and a line to the door. Terrible wait time. When I have made large withdrawals the tellers love to ask what I'm planning on spending the money on. Very professional. I'm transferring to Banner bank as soon as I can.

So tired of waiting 20-30 minutes to make a transaction 1 teller inside and 1 in drive up window, not sure who is running the place but c'mon hire a few employees!!!
