Friendly staff, cared about your pain levels throughout x rays and exam. Very helpful in explaining everything in a private room instead of walking up to the front counter and the entire lobby hearing what you owe. Thanks for the electric toothbrush.

I went in for emergency re cement of a crown. I went to Aspen because that listed emergency dental as a service. I explained to everyone who would listen that I had a radiation appointment at 8:45 am and needed to be done as soon as possible. After 1- and one-half hours and a whole bunch of unneeded charges I got out of there at 8:30 with a total cost of $414 with a final cost to me of $81. The crown that I had recemented didn't even make it out of the dentist chair! After a re cement I left, and it fell off after an hour!! I cannot in good conscience recommend them for anything!! What a waste of my time and money!!

The price and what they said was or wasn't covered by insurance was shocking. I called them because they said they had emergency dental care. The soonest appointment they could get me was 2 days later. My insurance plan has 100% coverage for dental emergencies. My daughter was having severe tooth pain and has a normal dentist. What they said she needed doesn't make sense for someone who goes to the dentist regularly.

Predatory practices all around, they dedicate more office space to finance and scheduling, than to their hygiene areas.Equipment is dated and dirty looking. The exam lamp/light was cracked all over, and had layers of old brown glue on it. Stained and damaged ceiling tiles all over, hygienist chairs that look like they are about to collapse.Don't book an emergency appointment unless you are already a client, they will only waste your time with a new patient intake. Then tell you that they will only do restorative work once you come back as a client and have had a cleaning with them. They do not fix or repair anything during an emergency appointment. Seriously want you to make an appointment for thousands of dollars of cleaning, so you can make another appointment to come back and have your emergency dental work done. They upsell, upsell, and upsell. Say no, and the next person that comes through the door will try to upsell you again. It does not matter how many times you are only their for an emergency appointment to have a cracked filling fixed. They just keep trying to push you through on amazing services, which have been around for awhile and standard at every other dentist I have seen in the last decade.I have had plenty of quality dental work done out of pocket with no insurance. The prices for the work you must do before restorative work will be done are absurdly over priced. And the prices for restorative work is too cheap, because they only do the cheapest and absolute minimal level of restorative work. They want to keep coming back and paying to have your work redone.

About an year ago I got a root canal and crown from Aspen Dental, then I ended up getting symptoms like head aches and bloody gums, so I decided to extract that tooth out, but first they had to examine the crown and tooth before and that was about $200 just for they can tell me they place a small crown and that food was going in a gap which could have been prevented. The decision was made and I was charged an additional $200 to extract the tooth there goes $3,000 for the root canal and crown which I didn't mind as it's was better for my health they didn't want to give me no compensation of what's so ever which is why I don't recommend Aspen Dental to anyone!!! Do your research your body doesn't not accept a dead tooth and will let you know the hard way only if I knew sooner I wouldn't never done a root canal and brown to begin with, oil pulling with coconut oil will save your teeth and it's super affordable.

So glad I found this place. The dentist is gentle and understanding, she is very patient centered which is a huge change from all my past dental experiences. The rest of the staff there is amazing too.

I went for a check up and they lied to me about proper hygiene. By doing so they tried selling their product to me before attempting to charge over 2 grand out of pocket for treatment I didn’t ask for, or need!

I went to Aspen for a comprehensive exam and was greeted by such a friendly staff member named Zoey. The assistant named Selena (I think) made sure I was comfortable during my visit and addressed all my concerns. She communicated well and talked very professionally. When doctor Deegover came in, she was very polite and really listened to what I had to say, and made sure to take care of my concerns about my teeth. I had a consult with Liz and she was AMAZING and so helpful with my insurance and questions about pricing and cost of things. The staff and doctor really care and it shows.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Although the prices they quoted me was higher than I had anticipated, I would tell others about their kindness.

I had opted to have 3 teeth extracted with the plans to get implants after suffering from an accident & I unfortunately was scheduled with a very young assumably inexperienced dentist that totally botched my mouth! She broke one of my teeth when trying to pull the tooth I needed extracted. She then left bits of bone in my gums that slowly came to the surface over a months time that I had to dig out of my gums. When I returned to the clinic later in the day of my appt to inquire about the bits of what I thought was the root of my tooth, but was bits and shards of bone from the casing, & to ask about the front tooth that she broke but of course didn't mention to me, I had to find out once I got home and inspected my mouth! I was treated like I was nothing more than an inconvenience for her and after paying over a couple grand in cash, I was BEYOND disappointed, and will never return or recommend! Horrible care & careless staff! The business manager sure knows how to talk, however, the dental care was lacking any quality to be charged so much. I've been to free clinics that were 100% better!

I had an excellent experience, greeted me right as I walked in, checked me in and they was ready for me no waiting at all and the time for my appointment was perfect at 7am and finished in a timely fashion, filled me in on details about what the procedure was, really enjoyed my whole time there. Very polite and professional

Not straight upfront with facts and figures. After the x-rays the costs were not clearly explained and the following day when I called, I was put on hold 3 times because the lady did not know the answer after she gave me answers to questions I never asked. Finally I just gave up and hanged up the phone in which she did not call back.

I went in for just cleaning also was told I have periodontal disease and then it was gonna cost $5000 to take care of it. They were very pushy. I went to another dentist and they also said that I do have some gum disease and it was going to take two visits of cleaning but not $5000 more like $200?

I had an appointment set for hygiene so I can make a new crown, and before the date of the appointment by 5 days I started feeling a pain due to some cavities on the right corner of my mouth. When I showed up I requested to see the doctor as an emergency, claimed to be considered as a priority on the website. However, all the person on the front desk did is totally ignored the pain I was feeling and said this is a hygiene appointment and the doctor can see me after it. Well okay, after doing the hygiene the person on the front desk gave me an appointment 8 days later and said that the doctor cannot see me. Am I supposed to live with that pain for eight more days? It felt like they really do not care about the customer and how they feel and all it mattered was how to do the hygiene and collect the fees. Very far from the ethics of any profession and very unprofessional person. I went to another dentist and immediately did a Xray, cleaning, and set an appointment for a filling.
