Exceptional Service and Seamless Installation! I recently had the pleasure of having my internet set up by Advanced High-Speed Internet, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service (Tyler) was exceptional.
Tyler arrived right on time and was incredibly professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the installation process and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. The setup was completed quickly and efficiently, with no disruptions to my day.

Fed up with current internet provider so started my research in to others in the area.After speaking to a couple other outfits, reading reviews and checking with the BBB, I spoke with Jeff. After telling him what I needed he explained my options and what those meant. Didn't come off like a used car salesman. Appreciated.So today Tyler came out to hook me up.? Hmmm...sounds funny.Tyler was extremely courteous and my dog loved him ( she don't take kindly to strangers). He helped me with best placement options, did all the entry stuff with TV's and phone and explained everything clearly.Every company should have a Tyler. ?So tonight all is good.But of course time will tell. ?Thank you Advance and thank you Tyler.

Tyler is great! I was having a tough time getting the speeds I wanted in my area which he fixed by putting the receiver in a better position. He Also offered my family a great plan that fit their budget.

Tyler was very knowledgeable in figuring out why my signal was so bad. He was very thorough in getting the best signal for me. Then he checked my power box. Everything was fine there. Connection was still slow, but he never gave up in trying to problem solve. He was trying very hard to give me the best possible service. He finally deduced my router was faulty. Luckily I had bought a new one but never installed it. He did all the hooking it up for me too, which was above and beyond. Wish more people were like him. Very kind! Thank you so much for your expertise!

The business is great. The only problem is I've been living with the rock bottom plan, despite wanting to get the advanced lithium, but the money wasn't there. Now that I have a better job and more money, I'm going to invest in that once I get into a place. 5 stars if it works out well ?

We recently got reconnected and Tyler came to do our install. He was very professional and he made sure everything was set up correctly on my router even. I was very happy with his customer service and his professionalism. I would highly recommend Advanced Internet and Tyler to install it. He took care of us and did a great job.
