Was in the middle of a build and needed a new back mount and air cooler. Don and the staff was very patient and resourceful and took the extra time to look for what I needed. They also didn't charge me an "arm and leg" amount and didn't try to upsell me on the cooler; They provided a reasonable price and type based on the processor I had.I will admit, judging from their stock, their prices are obviously higher than what you would buy online... But here's the thing with any brick and mortar store, you get the item NOW versus having to wait (they have a pretty good return policy, so be sure to keep your receipt). So, if there are parts or pieces you need and don't have the luxury of time or don't care about the small extra cost, I really recommend checking this place out first. Also, Don seemed like the knowledgeable person to simply ask for advice as well.

This is the second time I have had this company fix computers I have had. While it's no frills and they are in a small building that looks like it's seen better days, the employees I dealt with took care of my laptop issues in a timely, affordable manner. They're not overly customer friendly, but I mark that up to the fact that their employees probably spend most of their time working on computers rather than spending time with actual customers.If I have other issues that Best Buy can't take care of (since that is where I purchased my most recent laptop & added insurance through Best Buy) I will use Computer Works again and would recommend them to friends.
