Had a frustrating experience buying a transmission from this location. Wouldn’t recommend. Lack of knowledge, communication & follow through with our order cost a lot of extra time and money. Something that could have been completed in 1 week turned into 3. Also they will probably tell you the transmissions will be flashed & ready go, but that is not the case. Unfortunate experience but hopeful it was a learning experience for the staff some knowledge was learned.

Every time I end up here, I'm reminded why I don't go here. Takes 5 days to get a part because they have no inventory. Everything is stupid expensive. When you go to an "auto parts" store for oil and air filter parts, but it's gonna take 5 days??? Do yourself a favor. Go to Napa.

The staff here is amazing and helpful! We broke down and they helped us with getting the correct parts, gave us a couple mechanic's phone numbers and called for us. Austin (mechanic) worked on the pick up in the evening hours, came back the next morning and helped us out again! Thanks Everyone at O'Reilly and Austin the mechanic! Great people and customer service! ? You made it so much easier and thanks for allowing us to camp in your parking lot overnight, while we waited on parts and Austin to return. ❤️
