as of 5/2/2024, untill this pharmacy changed their manager, I won't be here anymore even this pharmacy is 3 mins away from my home. During the 6 years I'm living here I only get my prescriptions on time 2 times. all the other times were get delayed. Today it gets delayed as well. im done.

I would give zero stars is this was possible. I was treated the worst I have ever been by a pharmacist here. Wouldn't prescribe medication for after a surgery. My husband had to go the entire night with Tylenol after neck surgery. Then the next pharmacist came in the next morning and filled it with no problem. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

This is for the pharmacy department. Having just had a terrible experience getting vaxxed at the Issaquah branch, I'm motivated to give my local branch the good review they deserve. They are rarely swarming with customers, so it's usually not much of a wait (goes for the drive-through as well). The staff is polite and friendly; I have a lot of prescriptions and when something does go wrong (usually because of my insurance), they are very helpful in figuring out the issue. I'm very glad that this is my local pharmacy. I only wish they had Covid vaccine appointments available!

Prescriptions are frequently late. The pharmacy hours have been greatly reduced. One of my medications is often out of stock. I have been a Walgreens customer for many years but I'm seriously considering changing to another pharmacy.

Pharmacy randomly closed early or never opens on a weekday, not mentioned on recorded message or the escript system to doctors leaving you scrambling to find another place and get back in touch with your doctor...if you can go elsewhere, do so.

Staff is very kind and helpful. We’ve had better success with prescriptions being on time and available here than other surrounding pharmacies. And the staff at the pharmacy has always treated us kindly and with respect.

This is easily the most frustrating pharmacy I've used, and if it weren't the only one around, I would have changed long ago. The wait time is always long. They have continued to cut hours and are now closed on weekends and lunch during the week. You know, the hours most people have available to run errands.

I am not impressed supposedly their Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.. at least that's what the sign in the Drive-Thru window says. However if you arrive between 1:00 and 2:00 the pharmacy will be closed. Despite these quite restrictive hours, this Pharmacy isn't even open when they say they will be. Otherwise this is just a run of the mill Walgreens. Obviously they have Staffing problems.

I'm so done with them. After a series of screwups and lack of communication at Walgreens, I am still without the prescription that my doctor called in two weeks ago. The drive through is convenient, and if this were a one time error, I would continue getting my prescriptions filled there. Sadly, constant screwups and lack of communication have been the norm for Walgreens over the past three years. The store is nice, but the pharmacy is not.
