Box truck driver (bald, beard) is aggressive and dangerous on the road (south meridian, Puyallup area), started tailgating someone and followed the guy into the parking lot to yell and swear. management "doesn't have a way to deal with it" so here's the Google review ?♂️

Customer service was very unprofessional. Didn't seem to want to help me regarding my small job. Couldn't give me a date when I could call back and get service. Didn't even want to know the details of my project or look up previous work they had done for me. I was only on the call for 2 minutes and then they hung up on me..

There is a reason these guys have a very low rating. Their customer service is below a one star. Asked for a quote for some engineered trusses, they wanted me to supply the engineering. Really!! Don't you think if I had the trusses engineered I would build them myself. I then supplied some engineering AND THEY STILL WOULD NOT HELP!!! Well if your not a contractor don't bother with Roof Truss Supply. Read all of the other reviews, they are TERRIBLE!!! This was the Woodinville office, so I guess they are consistent across all offices, consistently BAD!!

I was referred to Brian at RTS by a builder friend of mine. I have left him 3 phone messages over the past week and have yet to receive a return call. Just for the record, his voice mail is personalized so I know I have the correct number. It must be awesome to have so much work that you don't even need to call someone back. How quickly some people in the construction trade have forgotten about 2010 - 2014. Just sayin....

Just had one of their employees follow me into Champion Metals and try and fight me. Blue Chrysler. And this is not the first run in with their unprofessional employees. Had a driver full of trusses almost cause an accident because they were in a rush, rode up next to me cussing at me all because I wasn’t turning into traffic on HWY 9.
