I have been going here for over two years. This past week I went in for a mani/pedi. I arrived at 11:00 and didn’t leave until 1:30 pm. The girl that did my pedi was great and thorough. She keot asking the girl that was doing my mani when she was going to start on me. She ignored her. This girl was so rude to me. She yelled at me for not coming in sooner and kept stopping to walk around and do nothing. I wish I had gotten her name to warn you but I didn’t. After finally almost finishing my nails, she left again. After waiting and waiting, I finally said “could someone please put my top coat on?” I was fuming. I won’t go back. She should be ashamed of herself.

Amazing customer service, my nail lady was so nice. My nails, definitely not the best. The length is uneven, lots of nails are crooked. They're all different widths... they didn't have the color I wanted. Didn't clean up or hydrate nails I honestly can't wait for a fill

There is no point in calling ahead to make an appointment, just walk in. Be prepared to wait, they will get to you when they get to you. I made an appointment each time and had to wait, which defeated the purpose of making an appointment in the first place.
I’ve been to this salon 2x with about 2 years between each visit. My pedicure took 1.5 hours!! I was expecting it to be ~20 mins like other places I’ve been to.
There were only 3 techs working at the time and 4 customers. Every time someone called in they would tell them, yes come in. Then the customers would arrive and have to wait since all the techs were busy.
When I called to make the appointment she said it was $35 for a pedicure. In the end I was charged $55. I asked her about the discrepancy she said I got the deluxe treatment, which I never asked for.
If you are in an rush and don’t want an hour and a half pedicure, make an appointment at the nail salon by Target. They stick to appointment times and get you in and out quick.

they were 30 min late on taking my mom we had appointment at 5 pm and they did not take her till after 5:30 so we got late to our dinner reservation also then they rush to do so quality was bad customer service is bad as well

The pictures speak for themselves. Super nice, but no respect. Murdered my poor cuticles, my fingers were sore for 4 days, so I had to get them removed.

The photos speak for themselves. They are nice, but they don't respect when you say it's hurting, and they won't do designs. They murdered my cuticles, they ended up hurting for 4 days and had to get them removed. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

Cool experience. First time here and with clients. They had a great time. I had a better one. I had the deluxe pedicure so worth the $55. I'd highly recommend this pedicure over the $35 basic. So much pampering and extremely relaxing. I feel asleep twice lol. Great time my clients both had mani pedi. Great way to spend a work shift.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Today makes 8 days that I got my nails done and my nails are already chipping. First red flag was they said there was a 20 minute wait and they took over an hour to even service me. I choose 2 different colors and both times they didn’t have the color I wanted. Lady then asked if I wanted shorter nails and I said no just file a bit and she completely reshaped me nails, while attempting to cut my cuticle she also cut my finger. Overall not the best experience waste of time/money.Service: Nail polish changes

Terrible service, terrible quality of Manicure and pedicure… I had to ask several times to clip my nails, the polish was all over the skin … if you want you nails done properly - this is not the place for it

I've been coming here for about a year and everyone has been nice. During this visit, they were nice, too. However, my nails came out looking awful. I ended up with nail polish on the tips of my fingers, and my right thumb ended up messed up so she had to start over. However, my cuticle on my right thumb had been pushed back too far, so the re-do was especially painful. My nails look awful, but because shellac is so hard on nails, I wasn't about to ask her to redo them. The whole shellac manicure took about an hour and fifteen minutes, which is too long. I'll be finding a new nail salon, unfortunately.
