My usual stylist (at a higher priced salon) was not available on the day I had made an appointment (which was two days before heading out in vacation). I made a last minute decision to pop into Great Clips in Woodinville and kept my fingers crossed. Stylist Thuy, cut my hair exactly the way my usual stylist does, at a fraction of the cost. I’ve been going to her ever since. She gives an excellent cut and is super sweet! I highly recommend her.

Great experience every time. I have tried for a long time to find a regular stylist who knows what I need with no questions asked but able to offer advice. I found that Thuy Tran at the Woodinville Great Clips always knows what I need done and offer a fun but professional atmosphere. I would recommend her to anyone.

THUY IS AMAZING!!! I try and get my haircut every 2 weeks and she is the ONLY stylist I will ever use. For years I searched for someone who could consistently produce a perfect fade. Roughly 6-7 years ago I met Thuy…end of story :) Went in to see her this morning and left once again with the perfect cut. She could easily charge $50-$100 as many do but she chooses to stay for her clients at the very affordable Great Clips. THANK YOU for being the BEST Thuy!!

I checked in online for a family member and we only waited 5 minutes. We already had in mind the hair style and Quyen re-confirm the length and how the back should look like. It was quick and turned out well, in the style we expected. She was polite and friendly.
Previous reviews made me uncertain at first about trying out at this branch, but we figured the style was not super complex and we aren't critical in terms of length, so it's ok to risk. We are happy and will return next time.

My son and I went here recently, for him it was a return visit, I had never been. My haircut turned out fine, but his was a failure.The barber had a printout of his previous haircut and both my son (11) and I told him that’s not what he wanted, and we both described what he wanted cut and what was to stay.Unfortunately, the first thing the barber does is shave the back of his head. My son is upset as he spent five months growing it out.Never returning.

this was the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had extremely poorly done by the older Asian woman. I would never go back. She not only did an absolutely terrible job but was also extremely rude and judgemental while being rude when I pointed out that the sides were about an inch of difference in length.

Lots of people come here for a quick haircut. They check in and make appointments online. Very basic and little pricey for seniors. They are quick and finish within 10 minutes. Nothing over the top. Service was just ok and quality basic. Not very friendly parking lot in back. Gave it a 2/5 because what I witnessed people are in and out in 10 minutes..Not for me.

I’ll definitely give 0 if that’s possible!!!Worst experience ever, especially with that Vietnamese lady, with no skills at all and incapable of following basic instructions, even with the picture that I provided!!!The stylist didn’t listen to me about the style that I want, and having hard time understanding what I said.Instead of offering any solutions or compensation, the manager in the room said: “ I’ll offer you a free haircut this time, besides that there’s nothing we can do about it, and you should give more specific detailed instructions next time to the stylist.”I’m just a customer, not a professional. I showed you the pictures and hope that’s what I got, simple as that, but they just don’t care and blame on me?I’ll never go back to this unprofessional shop again!!!

They do not know how to cut hair especially the older Asian women.Worst experience with that Asian woman, I will never go back to that place.Location woodinville
