“So I had a couple of experiences with these guys in the last few months. 1st time I had an external portable drive freeze up on me. So I took it in. I had Will helping me and he tried to save the data. To no avail. It was history. However he said he was ONLY going to charge me if he could “save the data”. Which I thought was a unique and awesome policy and gesture and very welcomed ! Then today, I brought him my broken laptop and they were able to save the data off the hard drive and load it onto a thumb drive!! These guys are so passionate and interested in helping you solve the problem! Turns out it was inside an unmarked building right next to the parking lot.Nice museum of some of Microsoft’s history and has a gift shop, typical gifts- nothing too exciting. But plan to spend about 30-40 minutes max.”
“We used to get parts from them all the time. However, it seems like they are out of business. Their phone is never answered. Just rings and hangs up. Haven't been able to get a hold of them in about 5 years. And the Google business listing has said they are "temporary closed" since before COVID. Their facebook.meta page hasn't seen a update since 2017, and a google search of their business does not turn up a company website anymore. So I am guessing out of business. Very sad.”

3000 184th St SW, Lynnwood“Thank you for those who helped me today. I needed to replace the battery in my phone, and that was the reason why I went to this Apple Store. As soon as I walked in to the store, a young female staff helped me to check-in. I hope I write her name correctly, and I think her name was Katelin (?? could be Katelyn..??). She was very helpful and patient. As a part of check-in process, I had to type my icloud email address and password, but I just didn't remember my pw off hand. She helped me find the pw. During the check-in process, when I needed to type in any sensitive information, she was thoughtful to look away from my device. I appreciated her sensitivity, care and respect. She told me to be seated at 1 of the wooden stools, and very short while later, another staff named Jason (I hope I remember his name correctly...) helped me to start the process of replacing the battery. He was also very helpful and friendly, and made the whole process really easy and pleasant. The wait time for the battery replacement was less than 1 hour, just enough time for me to browse other shops within the mall, had some coffee, and I was able to pick up the phone about an hour in the same afternoon. The cost of service was a little shy of $77 ($69 + tax). Considering how short of the wait time it was, for me, this was a very easy and pleasant experience. There were 2 other staff I spoke with to ask some questions, and they, too were helpful. Thank you so much everyone... :)”
