I’ve been with Wells Fargo for almost 20 years and let me tell you, it’s been 20 years of disappointment. This bank doesn’t update anything and the ATM is down 1-2 days a week. The worst bank out there. Upper management should be ashamed.

Have to wait a week to speak to a banker. I just needed to change a last name on my account. Going to switch banks where you can walk in and speak to a banker and not make an appointment.

Staff is always friendly and helpful I was the victim of Fraud and Forgery made Appointment to get my Account's straightened Out Matthew was kind Profesional and helpful Unfortunately the bank building is not ADA friendly ?

Updating my raving 5 star review from a year ago. What an embarrassing disappointment. Brought two people all the way from Quincy that I recommended this bank to and we got here just to be turned away because they don’t have bankers. OH BUT PLUS, we can open the account ourselves online and fund them in person. So we run out, open the accounts and run back in to deposit. NOPE, their applications are pending and they may not deposit money like was recommend ten minutes ago when we first walked in. So? We drive the whole hour trip back home and after getting off of work early just to come back and do the same thing tomorrow??? Not only did you lose two potential lifelong customers, you lost me too. EMBARRASSING.

This bank is completely inept. They do not answer their own phones locally.We made it explicitly clear where our business checks should be sent, actually emphasized it at least 3 times and they were sent to the wrong address!I could elaborate but what’s the point?

I do not recommend this bank. They don't even answer their local phone. Unfortunately, I had to open a business account with them instead of using my local bank. I made it explicitly clear our business checks absolutely could NOT be sent to the property!!! I'm pretty sure I emphasized it at least 3 times to the person setting up the account and guess what, they were sent to the property. I have made several calls and they went to customer service in Texas. There has been no follow up. If you can avoid using Wells Fargo please do so. Wenatchee has several local banks that give excellent customer service. The only reason I got stuck using this inept institution was our business is located in another state and I was left with this option.

I've been a customer for over 20 years. I know Wells Fargo doesn't have a good reputation, but I've always been treated very well! There have been only 4 or five times in 20 years that I've needed to dispute a charge or had to ask that a charge be removed. They've always been trustworthy and friendly. I like banking here!

Lulu as a banker was not effective. She called a few days in advance to cancel our appointment claiming she was sick. She was out several days and never rescheduled the appointment. I talked to her and she was not sick apparently - more like a vacation. Plus her assistance was subpar. And she is hard to understand - needs to practice English more often given it's the international business language

Trying to deposit my paycheck is a nightmare, tried the mobile and atm deposit and both times they put a hold on the entire paycheck, and when I called to ask they said to expect that every time, even though it’s the same amount every two weeks, from a Wells Fargo account, even when done in person they did it that way at first, what’s the point of offering mobile or atm deposit if you don’t know when you’ll get your money or how much will be available, extremely inconvenient would not recommend to anyone
