Filthy. Garbage and goo spilling out of can and on sidewalk at entrance. The entry carpet had debris all over it and it was shortly after the store opened. Dirty floors, blackened walls near bathroom, and scummy drinking fountain. . For a health-related store, it was a disaster. I spoke to the young manager, who seemed sad about the criticism but didn't assure me anything would be done to ammend the situation.

Literally the rudest pharmacy staff I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. If you do not want to work with the public, then maybe it is time to switch professions…..

Photos take forever, prescriptions are delayed by days and sometimes weeks, and the last time I was in here I swear I could have robbed the place and no employee would have even noticed.Prescription info isn't updated to you, and if delayed they will not tell you. The only benefit is their drive through, and when it's a half hour long line it's not really much of a benefit.

Google hours are wrong. As I write this they are open yet on Google they are Closed. Also and to be clear the store itself is open but the Pharmacy is closed. In short, I could go in right now and buy all the alcohol and cigarettes I want but can't get the meds I need. Total joke of a place will avoid in future

Yet another horrible pharmacy experience. Their location is nice, their store is nice, the pharmacy is still horrible, no change over the many years. Be good or be gone, stop wasting our time.

I had to ring the bell 3 different times before they even acknowledged me in the first place. When I could see that they were just standing around in side. And after waiting for 15mins they finally where nice enough to help. Worse service ecer

My name is Patrick. I came to the pharmacy and the people here went above and beyond the call of duty today and helped my 96-year-old mother and my wife and myself to get vaccinated by coming out to the car in the parking lot because my mother had trouble walking. They swiftly took care of all three of us and did it with excellent communication and kindness. I just want to say thank you for helping us out today

Waited on hold forever then came into the store to just transfer my script to a more competent pharmacy but they told me my new pharmacy has to call them to get it transfered.... walgreens isn't answering their phones! That's why I came into the store in the first place, how is my new pharmacy supposed to get my script if they don't answer their phone?

If you’re thinking about getting your rx here, don’t. I’ve been a Walgreens customer off and on for years, and this is the worst location by far. Over the last year, this is what I’ve had to deal with:- minimum 45 minute wait to pick up rx (inside, outside, doesn’t matter).- staff with minimal insurance knowledge. My insurance company had to intervene multiple times to get rx filled (note: same rx I get every month) and instruct them on how to submit their claims.- not knowing or understanding how to bill secondary insurance.- no communication when there’s a problem - they just wait for me to find out for myself when I go to pick up.The last straw just happened. I requested refills and their app wasn’t working. I had given them plenty of time to fill and was almost out. I called (having learned my lesson to not try to pick up before I confirmed). The lady I spoke with was asking me about my insurance. I told her both company names, the same ones they’ve been billing for over a year. Turns out they deleted my primary insurance. And she would not allow me to give it to her over the phone or drop it off at the counter. I would have to go there, wait in line to give them the same information they always had, then come back at some later point and wait in line to pick up. I called corporate who only offered to pass a message to the store manager. I then called my dr to fax to a different pharmacy and couldn’t be happier.My recommendation - stay far away from this pharmacy because it’s not worth it. I stayed a lot longer than I should have.

Was referred here by the clinic across the street due to proximity. My RX was placed before 6pm. I arrived at the pharmacy before 6pm and waited in line to pick up my RX. Got to the pharmacy window at 6:01 and was told they were closed...come back at 9am in the morning. 12+ hrs for medicine I needed ASAP. I later found that Walmart could have filled my RX. This Walgreens location is a disgrace to the community....Wenatchee needs a CVSWake up Walgreen Management....you have a problem at this location....or do you even care??.

Been on hold for 54 minutes for pharmacy and still no answer. Refill was suppose to be ready Friday and its now Tuesday and still not complete. This place is a horrible place to do business. I suggest any pharmacy in the valley other than this one .

Highly recommend updating pharmacy hours. Suggested edits but can only suggest one edit. You would show your customers you value their time if your hours were correct. I went to your pharmacy 4x today. I'm terribly sick and no energy. The hours state the pharmacy opens at 7 am online. Came back at 9 to find you didn't have my scripts filled. Came back at 1:30 to find your pharmacy staff was on lunch. Came back at 2:15 and sit in line for 17 minutes without even getting a hello, sorry for the delay, we will be with you. I watched as indoor customers got waited on while drive thru line continued to grow. Very poor experience for a long time Walgreen pharmacy customer.

Combining screw-ups with attitude. After calling a patient to pick up the second part of a prescription (they did not have enough the first time), this happened:1) Prescription was not ready 30 minutes after the announced time2) Another 25 minutes later, they say they don't have the medication at all3) Instead of an apology, they deny what had happened and try to blame the issue on the customer4) As the conversation continues, it becomes clear that attitude is all one will get at the pharmacy counter.Stay away, if you expect a hint of professionalism.

The pharmacy at this location is terrible. The workers are rude, there is no process, and they do not pick up their phones. Even when you know your prescription is ready, you have to drive back multiple times, stand in long lines and still wait several hours to pick up. Go somewhere else if you can.
