Went into the store with a friend. It appeared well staffed with friendly, knowlegable people. My friend was attended to quickly and was able to try on different samples till finding the one that was liked the most.

I shop ulta everywhere always great customer service from walking in door to being helped with what I'm looking for!Decided to spend money christmas shopping thinking ok I walk in say what Im looking for get in and out!I walked around the store for approx 30 min. In the back 4 employees chatting about speaking in a diff language all I wanted was help! I finally picked up a present and headed toward front when a super nice young lady asked if I needed help. At this time I said no and decided to spend money at sephoria...checked out with a great lady. Headed to sephoria and they were extatic to get my money and I was extatic to get help for many presents!

I had THE BEST worker help me look for my perfect concealer/foundation which was not easy ! Was super patient and kind, made me feel soooo comfortable I was super nervous going in, Amaan is one of your best workers ! Ulta is so lucky to have him as a worker should most definitely get a raise !!!! He was searching stuff up for me just to help me out, truly above and beyond!

ehhh, ok for wenatchee. we don't have much. they don't have many brands or products, but living in BFE, one gets desperate when the internet doesn't follow through soon enough.

Was dealing with a situation and when costumer service wasn’t helpful and kept giving me the run around claiming that I had not contacted them Olivia took it upon herself to reach out and advocate for me resolving my issue within days when costumer service took over a month and did not ever reach out to me. Olivia your hard work and dedication is so appreciated. Will be returning as Olivia was more than wonderful and made me feel welcomed here. Thank you Olivia you give Ulta a good rep.

Whoever is in charge of this store needs to be replaced because every employee in the store has an attitude. like I get it you work in retail it sucks. but you're paid to not be a you know what hole and Eve egg employeee within is one including the manager. every single one can't help but making it obvious that they hate their lives and their jobs and it makes it even more annoying when you're paying overpriced prices and the customer service is worse than grocery outlet.
