Had a mishap when using them last however, their manager reached out to me and did her best to right the wrong. I very much appreciated the customer service and compassion to the situation that was given. Changed from 1 to 4 stars. That being said I would not be helped by their employee Andrew when employing their service's

Staff is wonderful but have had a very difficult time getting glasses that meet my needs. Ultimately I did get glasses that met my expectations.

Dude, this shopko is the best. ALL the women here are amazing. They do everything they can to help you and more (with some side notes they give great life advice too)The woman here were so welcoming. Becca and Dianna are THE BEST. If I could give advice to anyone it would be go to THIS shopko in Wenatchee.This isn’t a place that just has you come and go, they care and do everything they can.So 1000/10 go here if you need glasses or contacts

It was our son’s first real experience with a vision doctor and it was amazing. The first part was robot testing and boy had things changed since I last had my eyes done.State of the art. Some of them tracked his eye movements while others tested pressure.We then went and had a video technician and doctor for the final assessment. It was of course glasses as he mom and I have been wearing them since we were little.Becky and her team are top notch for taking care of our vision needs in the Valley.
