The saddest, dirtiest Sephora I've been in. I don't usually care for the small Sephora's in JCPenney but this is the only Sephora in town...Wenatchee does not have a stand alone Sephora. There was no one around to help with questions and it was very low on stock. Dirty, half-used up displays. Luckily there is an Ulta just a few doors down!! ☘

I love shopping at Sephora. I always have a hard time getting matched because my skin is very light but neutral toned. Carmen is always so nice and patient with me. She takes her time to always match me and find me something I am satisfied with. Every time I go looking for a foundation I always make sure she’s there because she is so great!

Very helpful staff! They helped me on numerous occasions to find my perfect match for foundation, baking powder, and other products! I literally went in pajamas and still received the help I needed from staff, even if the store was packed with people. Carmen was the associate who helped me and she is amazing! She helped me find the perfect match for my foundation after my past foundation didn’t match anymore. Thank you!

Love the items in this store. Disappointed on the customer service, it seems to me that it depends on how well dressed on the days i go in to the store is how well I'm going to be treated. So put on your fancy gear if you dont want to be fallowed around the store and look at you sideways.

going into sephora the day i did was all because my wonderful man directed me over and said go and figure out what all you need to start doing your makeup the way you want. i haven't ever been taught and never really had a interest till recently so i went in with no knowledge. lucky for me the manager was working. she sat me down and did a entire makeover on me. she was so sanitary and full of personality. she made makeup seem fun and everything she said made so much sense. she taught me that i've been doing my makeup wrong for so long. i walked away with a bunch of new tools and new makeup supplies and way more knowledge then i ever thought i would get walking in. seriously suggest going in and having one of those ladies walk you through what you need!

So it's no secret that I am a fan of Sephora, but I just recently moved to Wenatchee and was so excited to see that there is a Sephora here! It is located inside of the JCPenney, and it's a great location. The store is small in scale, but has all the displays and inventory of larger stores. It is clean and well maintained, which I really appreciate. The staff was friendly, and will take the time to answer questions and assist if needed. I usually like to browse around and swatch colors, and they let me do that too. Usually I order my items online, so I really appreciate that I can make returns or exchanges locally. I also like to check out the Sephora exclusives that are only available at the Sephoras inside the JCP, and make sure to check out the Sale area too.

This is a great Sephora location. The staff is very attentive and helpful. They were great to give me awesome recommendations, samples etc and took the time to show me how to use everything.

Some of the staff are super rude. For example I came in today and asked if they had any of the new olaplex or kerastase haircare. The worker looked at me like I was an idiot and said, " Olaplex is more of a salon thing If we carried it I would know about it and be all over that." I told her Sephora has carried olaplex for several months now and she just continued to look at me like I was a lying idiot. Its just sad when I as a consumer am more up to date on the products that Sephora carries than their own employees. Olaplex is currently advertised on the front page of the sephora website... I then proceded to try to find a shampoo they did carry at this location as I was almost fully out of shampoo at home which is why I didnt just order it online. Of the super limited hair care section of this store, it was almost completely out of stock. Im not sure who does the ordering for this store, but they always seem to be low or out of stock of any popular products. Also every time I buy products at this location none of the workers know much about the products and end up asking me questions about how they work. Im used to the Seattle Sephoras...where they actually educate their staff about most of the products they sell. This place is the worst...save your time and just order online or go to the ulta in town

Bad service, even to Vib Rouge. Accepted a walk-in makeover, only to leave me in the chair for 40 minutes while three other new people got makeovers without appointments.

It's the smallest Sephora in a JC Penney I've ever shopped at. The staff weren't all that helpful or knowledgeable about their products. The tester areas were dirty and messy, and the selection isn't all that great either. Every time I try to find a product I want, it's never there. Nothing was available one day because it was inventory day. Why bother opening if nothing is on the shelves? Even testers were gone. If you're a Play! by Sephora member and use your bonus point card, which gives you a 45 minute makeover for free, don't expect to get one. Update April 2018- Sephora has improved slightly Their product selection is still slim, but customer service has improved slightly. I even got to use my Play! Pass for a 45 minute makeover. If it's a product you just gotta have, it's safer to order online than go to this store. Willow is definitely an asset to the store!
