Charged me $400 cleaning fee for "pet hair." I was traveling for work with no pet in the vehicle. I tried to dispute the charge, and a Hertz rep said they must have photos documenting the pet hair to charge me a cleaning fee. I requested that photo documentation in December. Over a month later and several calls to Hertz later, still no photo documentation but now they say the case is closed. Apparently they can charge customers hundreds in fees without evidence. I've rented from Hertz many times but never will again. I'm a conscientious driver who takes care to return clean rental cars. It's infuriating to be treated so poorly and charged $480 for what was supposed to be an $80 rental.

Brad has the worst customer service EVER! He should be fired!!From now on I will only be renting a car thru Enterprise! Better prices, customer service and rentals!Brads a douche!!

Still not done with the rental and will update after I am finished but I wanted to give a big shout out to ziba and Bryan they worked hard to get me into a rental so I was able to go to work while my car is being repaired. Bryan stayed and worked really hard . They were both very friendly

I made a reservation online for a car. When I got there the size of car wasn’t available but a more expensive one was but it was over my credit card limit and since it wasn’t over 24 hours in advance they wouldn’t let me use debit card and wouldn’t let me use my sister’s card who was there with me no big deal it’s whatever but then then still charge me $38.19 when they didn’t have the size car I reserved. Also they don’t answer the phone.

Incredible experiences at the Wenatchee Hertz location and Million Air Moses Lake with Ziba. She has even assisted me with Boeing field requests! A location she has no affiliation with. If I need action I call the lady in Wenatchee. Spur of the moment after hours on countless occasions. Complex vehicle requests which seem impossible…Ziba made it happen. Always the queen of effortless multitasking. To say Ziba is OUTSTANDING is to tell a lie. She is hands down the most polite competent, charming, honest, young lady I’ve ever met! It’s a joy to see her and I’m sad when I leave. I hope Hertz recognizes this beautiful young lady. Never has she appeared inconvenienced or out of sorts. I never leave reviews but she knocks it out of the park EVERY TIME. Just ask half the pilots flying into Washington FBO’s who their favorite Hertz contact is and they will say Ziba! Thank you dear Ziba. You are amazing

After 8 days of frustration dealing with an insurance company, this local team really came through for me. Zeba and Craig worked extra hard after regular store hours to get me wheels for taking care of my work and family. They did it with convivial, efficient service.I so appreciated the experience that I have already recommended Wenatchee Hertz to four other people. Don't plan to stop if those two or folks like them meet me at that counter! Five stars plus. Thanks so much.

I was given a non AWD vehicle. Enterprise bounced me around in this crazy bomb storm we have had. I had to call everyday or else I didn't hear from anyone on switch the vehicle out. No vehicles were available which is understandable but I've heard nothing when I was assured I was the next on the list and that the branch manager was handling my matter. Guess not.

Never in my life have I received such exceptional service at a rental car company. Ziba went above and beyond to help us, and ultimately saved our day. We would have been stuck with no way to get home if it wasn't for her dedicated work to make sure we got a car. Thank you Ziba!!!

Don't bother speaking to the manager Wendy (I think that's her name--short brunette lady). Very poor customer service. She's sarcastic with a terrible attitude. She has a very bad habit of over-talking you, not allowing you to get a word in. But will brag about how she's the manager. Hertz website allowed me to book a car, and gave a confirmation number. But Wendy kept telling me there are no cars available, but wouldn't give me an explanation on why the website allows me to book. She needs to learn how to have a proper interaction with customers.
