I went there to finish some Christmas shopping, and the staff was excellent. They showed me shoes and helped me find my size! The young man and the young lady working there are amazing!

We got to the store 10 minutes before there was a guy that came to us to let us know that they were closing in 10 minutes but my oldest already knew what she wanted and I rush to the kids section since I need it shoes for my girls we found some shoes and we were trying them super quick and 5 minutes before closing the same guy turned the light off for some second and turn them back on it was like he was kicking us out we were not the only ones there there was an other mom trying to buy shoes for her kiddos so I rush to the counter to pay and there were other 3 or 4 ladies laughing cause the rude guys turned the lights off to us so I was very upset for that and I mentioned that to the lady that was helping us and she started laughing again and I told her that it wasn't funny at all since I had my kids with me and they got scared also the same rude guy before turning the ligh off told my husband again that in 5 minutes they were closing and my husband was like yes you already told us I got right at 6pm to the register and yes I understood that I only had 10 minutes to shop but that wasn't the right way to treat us. We are customers and yes we got there late but most of us work till late and it was our only chance to get them. We do not deserved to be treated so rude.

Store was a total mess, The checkout staff spent more time talking to each other in Spanish than helping ppl. The girl that checked me out was friendly, but they all showed no smile, and I spent atleast 5 mins standing at the counter that she called me up to, listening to her convo with the other checker. Was a tad frustrating. Sales were not properly marked. Instead of the 2 pairs of shoes I had. I opted for one. I dont think I'll visit this location again.

Today we visit Wenatchee Store Famous Footwear and we were Welcomed by This nice Guy… Mike .. and really helps us and pointed us where we need to be , we found right away what we were looking for .He made our shopping experience one of the best ones with a big smile all the time .Honestly we need more people like him , I’ll keep buying at this store for sure.

Ignored by rude "sales" people. Customers are not a distraction to your work, they are your purpose. Walked out without shoes after being treated like our business is not wanted even though we spent our time trying on shoes and finding the perfect ones. WON'T RETURN, WE WOULDNT WANT TO BOTHER YOU.

I went in to exchange a pair of slip free work shoes I had purchased on line, the gentleman that helped me was amazing!! He showed me alternative styles and brands and helped me pick a new pair that would not hurt my feet. He was so pleasant, incredibly helpful and overall made my day! Thank You So Much!

Went in to buy some nicer shoes, was drawn in from the BOGO 1/2 off. Found a nice pair of shoes on the sale rack, and ended up gravitating towards a pair of minnetonka slippers that I liked for the 50% off. Couldn't find my size on the shelf, so I found an employee (Shaelyn) to help me out. I brought her back to point out the slippers I was hoping to get, she grabbed a box, and had me follow her up to the register. While walking up to the register, she mentions to me in an irritated tone "just so you know, it makes it 10 times easier for us if you bring the box up to the register." I responded "uh, ok no problem."Once we were up to the register, she searches in the store backroom inventory to see if there might be more sizes in stock in the back. Luckily, she says "alright, looks like we have 2 in back." I responded "Great! I'll take one!"She then turns to the employee next to her to confirm these are in the back room, and after a brief discussion with the other employee, she responds back to me "actually, these are shoes we just received in a shipment." I respond, "no problem, I'll still take them."She then responds "well, we're not going to go back there and dig through our recent shipment to find these for you. So you'll have to come back in a few days and maybe we'll have them out on the shelf."I have never experienced such blatant laziness and complete disregard for helping a customer. The entire time she was helping me, she seemed inconvenienced, irritated, and clearly does not have customer service skills. I will never shop here again, nor any other famous footwear again. Take your business to a local shop instead.

Had a good selection of shoes,prices decent,but when I seen a pair of slippers I liked sitting on one of the benches, I picked it up, went up front and the lady attacked me when I was In line. “Those are sold” not I’m sorry for not putting up the shoes that I’m trying to collect from online sales and leaving them free for all, but she treated me like I did something wrong. She was the one who cant multitask and was rude. Then I see her telling a young man who had a mask on to stand behind line really rude when he was just trying to pay for his stuff, when she never asked anyone else to before him. They need to train their employees customer service, thank goodness the girl wearing glasses who was checking me out was sweet as pie and I’m thankful for, I wish I got her name to give her the only credit for hiring a great person the store has at the time I went .
