It took forever to get my truck in originally for my repair, and then they did a sloppy job. It took over 6 months to get the parts in to fix the issues that they missed during the original repair. I had to call and stop many times. Finally, they got the parts in and messed it up again. I will never go back here or recommend this business.

Dan was able to help me out with an issue caused by a tow company. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Although they are out a few months, I would definetly recommend the wait if you can.

Excellent work. Done promptly once the vehicle was in for the appointment. It was a long wait to get the vehicle in, but well worth it. They are a busy shop and worth waiting for.

My sister in law took her vehicle in because it would not start. They diagnosed a starter. They replaced the starter than said it was a timing belt. How does that happen? That's like saying the cart is broke but the horse is dead.

We went for an appointment for an estimate. They looked over our car and said they would email an estimate. After almost a week, we went by to find out about the estimate. Apparently, there is a stack of estimates that they have not done yet. When I asked how much longer, he said maybe another week. I will call them and tell them to not give me an estimate. We went elsewhere, but came here first because we did business with them about 10 years ago. How things change...
