“There's a reason this place is called 911, the parking lot was so poorly lit people sleeping and sitting in their cars, so dark you practically walked into people sitting down and sleeping on the sidewalks here. Hope the dollar tree doesn't have anything to do with the condition of this place and maybe they can make it safer for customers who shop at night?”
